Nicht von der Umgebung beeinflussen lassen. Das Lokal ist innen traditionell und sehr sauber. Und viel größer als man von außen ahnt. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Weinkarte überragend. Uns ging es insgesamt etwas zu schnell mit den Speisen, wir hätten gerne mit etwas mehr Ruhe das Mittagessen genossen.

Locale molto caratteristico, in cave scavate anticamente per tenere le botti di vino. Carciofo alla Giudia molto buono, pasta alla cacio e pepe e matriciana altrettanto. Mentre la carbonara non così buona, la pasta era troppo al dente e troppo pepata (chi l’ha mangiata non è rimasto soddisfatto. Tiramisù diverso ma ottimo.

buona attenzione nei confronti del cliente, ci è stata riservata una diversa sistemazione logistica per via della temperatura proveniente dall'apertura della porta di accesso, senza che ci fosse stata una diretta lamentela da parte nostra. Per il servizio ed il cibo, che dire, provatelo e non rimarrete affatto delusi

Sono celiaca . Mi aspetta qualche varietà di scelta in più da un ristorante che, in generale, viene apprezzato . Per me la scelta era quasi obbligata ( quindi non scelta) , pur avendo segnalato il problema alimentare in fase di prenotazione

Un lugar excelente, en un barrio romano con encanto. La comida riquísima y abundante. El precio adecuado si lo que buscas es comer en un restaurante con cierto nivel.

Terribile il filetto di baccalà doveva essere fritto ma probabilmente dato che era congelato risultava umidiccio e freddo..primi scotti e non amalgamati col sugo..esperienza pessima ..mi dispiace per la cameriera che è stata gentilissima e perfetta ...era mio desiderio pranzare in quel ristorante ma purtroppo si è rivelata una pessima decisione

La pasta era troppo salata, sia la gricia che l’amatriciana. Anche le polpette e i contorni erano troppo saporiti, anzi salati.

Trotz Reservierung wurde uns ein Tisch im vorderen überdachten Bereich des Restaurant zugewiesen. Dies ist der Teil des Restaurants der neben dem Aussenbereich für Touristen und Gäste vorgesehen ist auf die man keinen Wert legt. Entsprechend ist auch der Service. Der schöne innere Teil des Restaurants bleibt anderen Gästen vorbehalten. Das Essen war Durchschnitt. In Summe keine Empfehlung

The food was fine, but the atmosphere left something to be desired – the space felt rustic to the point of looking a bit run-down, and there was a noticeable draft from the door. Service was friendly but somewhat uncertain. Not a bad meal, just not a place I’d rush back to.

Tutto buono, nessuna reale critica, anche il servizio efficiente e rapido. ma vista la fama mi aspettavo qualcosa di eccezionale

La pasta era cruda ma il condimento ottimo, le polpette erano perfette, attesa un po' più alta nella media, ma nel complesso esperienza positiva.

Non ci ha delusi neanche questa volta, per noi Roma vuol dire sempre una visita da Flavio. Se non lo fate anche voi non dite che non veloavevodetto 🙃

Food was mediocre at best. Pasta even came out undercooked and I had to ask the waiter to bring me a new plate. By the time the new plate came out my wife had already finished her plate and had to watch me eat my second plate. Unfortunately the second plate was still a little bit undercooked but it was edible at least. The service was fine, nothing special to complain about. But at a nice restaurant I would expect some kind gesture to show that they were sorry about the first plate having an undercooked pasta. We sat outside, where floor was tilting quite a bit. A slight push on the table would make our glasses fall on the ground. The floor outside was fake grass making the outside feel very cheap. However, we were glad we had a seat outside, as the inside had a strong smell from the kitchen. Felt like the air inside wasn’t ventilated properly. We have had quite a hard time to find good authentic roman food in Rome, so maybe the already good score is relative to what is available in Rome overall. However, I feel like this really didn’t cut it for a restaurant in Rome. To mention a few positive things, the interior looked cozy inside, and the people working in the restaurant was nice. My wife thought her food was good but nothing spectacular. I ordered the carbonara and my wife ordered the ravioli.

siamo andati da Flavio perché ci è stato altamente consigliato per i piatti tipici e l'ambiente informale. Abbiamo cenato nella sala al piano - 1 e da subito ci siamo accorti del rumore infernale del vociare. Gli antipasti sono arrivati velocemente, invece la portata principale l'abbiamo dovuta sollecitare 3 volte. Le polpette destinate ai bambini sono arrivate fredde dentro e calde fuori, probabilmente riscaldate troppo poco.... I piatti erano buoni e gustosi ma il vociare che disturbava e la lunga attesa, oltre che il poco personale a disposizione nelle sale al piano -1, hanno reso questa esperienza poco gradevole.

Molte aspettative, forte delusione: la amatriciana servita fredda e con pochissimo romano, rigatoni di bassa qualità industriale; servizio molto approssimativo, prezzi non giustificati dalla qualità, inoltre tutti i clienti hanno sentito urla provenienti dalla cucina… peccato…

Cena di nostro gradimento. Servizio ottimo Il Frascati andava giù come l'acqua, ottimo!

Pasta cacio e pepe e matriciana davvero ottime, sapori autentici e ben bilanciati. La porchetta invece un po’ deludente, senza infamia né lode. Servizio cortese ma da migliorare: eravamo in due e i primi sono arrivati in momenti diversi, rovinando un po’ l’esperienza complessiva. Nel complesso un locale con buon potenziale, soprattutto per la cucina tradizionale, ma con qualche dettaglio da sistemare.

Sicuramente, dopo aver letto le tante recensioni entusiastiche, mi è sembrato un ristorante un po’ sopravvalutato. Avevo letto molti commenti positivi da parte di romani, quindi forse le aspettative per la cucina romana erano alte. Nel complesso, però, non tornerei e non lo consiglierei. Servizio molto lento

Good food - efficient service and a good over-all experience.

Unfortunately the food was just average compared to all other restaurant we have visited over the past 9 days. We were charged for bread x2 even though it was not ordered. I would be fine with the bread charge aside from the fact we were provided with an empty bottle of olive oil. I ordered a mixed salad & when I let the waitress know the olive oil was empty she attempted to prove a point that there was some left in the bottle by tipping it upside down for about eight seconds & approximately 4 drips came out for my salad. I didn’t ask for a few drips of olive oil, I requested another bottle. Therefore, I did not care to have any bread w/o olive oil & my salad just tasted of vinegar. Service was below average.

Food was great and the value was good. Service was very poor. No one gave us menus or asked for our drink order. We weren’t asked for our food order for 30 minutes. Then every request, e.g. drink menu or cheque, took too long and we had to ask several times. We never got the wine list even though I asked for it twice.

Υπέροχο εστιατόριο. Ωραίος χώρος, άψογη και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση με ευγένεια. Το φαγητό........ τέλειο!!!!! Φάγαμε cacio e pepe και καρμπονάρα, πατάτες φούρνου και σαλάτα. Πραγματικά ήταν τέλεια. Ποιοτικά και φρέσκα υλικά. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!
