Il piatto di tonno manca di gusto. Le paste al riccio di mare anche.
Esperienza davvero unica. Cibo eccellente, titolare e moglie adorabili. Titolare davvero incredibile nel raccontare i suoi piatti. Super consigliato se si vuole mangiare davvero bene.

We ordered the five course chef’s tasting menu. The courses were very creative with complex combinations of sweet, savory, and umami flavors. Chef explained the ingredients used, the cooking method and the origin of the dish. Very informative and overall a really fun evening! The restaurant is very deserving of its Michelin rating.
