Trattoria 13 Gobbi

Was not impressed with the hostess / manager who seated us . They need to work on customer service skills and provide a pleasant dining experience. The food was good but we felt very unwelcome . Dropped 100 euros for lunch for 2 .

Great service, delicious pasta & wine! Our server Manual was wonderful and very welcoming. We were sorry to have missed the chocolate cake that we were recommended to have. All in all a lovely experience.

A very authentic trattoria experience. The decor was very cosy and homely. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious - particularly the 'Veal Steakhouse'. Would definitely return if visiting Florence again.

This was our second time dining at Trattoria 13 Gobbi. The first time (last year) was so incredible we knew we had to come back. Well nothing has changed (maybe even better). We got the rigatoni, wild boar ragu, bisteca fiorentina, and of course, the house Chianti. Absolutely incredible. No complaints. Everything was perfect. Our server Emanuel was so wonderful and friendly. We love Trattoria 13 Gobbi and it is a must every time we visit Firenze.

Quando sono a Firenze mi piace mangiare in questo locale. Le porzioni non sono abbondanti ma il cibo è di ottima qualità. Un po' buio secondo i miei figli ma merita come osteria. Conviene prenotare.

Sin duda, la mejor experiencia gastronómica de toda Italia. Comida de 10, servicio más que fantástico (atento, amable, muy agradable, cordial, servicial… más que genial). Y como resumen, MUY MUY RECOMENDABLE.

A comida estava boa, mas com dificuldade de acesso a cartões de crédito e a mesa estreita. O ambiente é interessante. Mas não impressionou. Um refeição dentro do esperado apenas.

This is a most Excellent restaurant. Amazing food and service.

Staff seemed rude and disinterested, slapping plates and glasses down. Sat us at a table that wasn’t suitable to us, despite making a booking. The table was hidden away at the entrance (which meant we were forgotten about). We waited 20 minutes before anyone approached us and our table was even set. We ordered a side-salad that never arrived, and paid in cash and never received the change, the staff kept it as a tip, given the experience did not want to tip. There was an extremely loud group next to us (to the point that it was actually antisocial) who seemed to occupy the attention of all the staff. Although this element wasn’t necessarily at the fault of the staff, unfortunately it overshadowed the dining experience. The staff seemed to encourage this behaviour rather than telling them to calm down a little bit for the sake of all of the other guests. The food was good but due to the overall experience, we definitely wouldn’t return.

Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και ευχάριστο, ο χώρος πολύ ζεστός, ωστόσο ίσως δεν κάναμε καλή επιλογή στα πιάτα. Φαινόταν από τα διπλανά τραπέζια ότι τα κρεατικά ήταν πολύ πιο ενδιαφέροντα, ενώ τα ζυμαρικά που παραγγείλαμε εμείς ήταν παραβρασμενα και κάπως φλατ σε γεύση. Θα ξανα πήγαινα ωστόσο.

This was our best meal in all of Italy! The Florentine steak and house rigatoni were delicious!!! Ambiance was an A+. We also loved Our server!!! Truly an amazing experience from beginning to end!
