Wonderful setting along the canal. Service was efficient and polite - very helpful with any question on the menu. Food was excellent - pasta with sardines and onions and the beef filet with peppercorn sauce. The filet was quite large and cooked to perfection. The restaurant was very full in early March. Seems like reservation is a must.

We had a very good meal here. Everything was just as expected which meant not extraordinary but certainly very good Italian home-style cooking. We first ate here 35 years ago and the restaurant has had a complete makeover which is ok although we liked the old place better. Very tasty and well -cooked food and very decent house wine.

Good service, nice venue but food did not live up to expectations. Grilled seabass underseasoned and medium steak came out rare.

It was okay. Uncomfortable seating but with good view and seafood was a little dry, but was not bad. I would just not visit again.

C’était vraiment super bon (spaghettis au homard et daurade) et le tiramisu était le meilleur que nous avions mangé jusque là en Italie. Les serveurs sont très gentils et le service est rapide, dommage que l’on se soit prit au dernier moment pour réserver car il y avait une option pour manger sur la terrasse et donc sur l’eau (la prochaine fois !)

Great food! The waiters were a bit overwhelmed - one more waiter would have helped a lot. The internal ambience would benefit a lot from simple pads stuck to the chairs , avoiding the loud noise when people drag them to get seated or push them back to get up. Overall a very nice evening experience!

Absolutely a great place! Our only complaint was having to get up for the server to get wine bottles from behind us. Otherwise the food was fantastic, especially the gnocchi! Would definitely visit again.

Food and service were excellent. Loved the ambiance and jazz. Table are was roomy and comfortable. Not sure how they store their red wines but they were way above room temp. Not as enjoyable as they good have been.
