Il ristorante Vittorio Emanuele non si smentisce mai, anno dopo anno è punto di riferimento obbligato quando si viene all'Arena. Con lode.

Bellissimo posto con sguardo sull'Arena, servizio impeccabile, pietanze squisite (in particolare i ravioli al tartufo) e ottimi vini.

Man sitzt hier mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Arena. Sehr schönes Restaurant. Gutes Essen, freundliche Ober, einfach schön. Wir sind immer dort vor der Oper.

Nous avons choisi le menu 4 services. La vue sur le lac est exceptionnelle, l'ambiance est italienne (bruyante). Le service est ultra rapide. La décoration des assiettes est originale, mais recherchée. Mais quand on commence à manger, on se demande où les inspecteurs Michelin ont trouvé le goût d'une étoile. Les 3 mises en bouche ont été mises en place depuis trop longtemps et sont collantes, une composition de melon sauve les 3 premières. Vient ensuite un travail sur le crabe en 2 services, une carapace en pâte, fourrée d'une mousse qui est en place depuis si longtemps (le midi peut-être) que l'ensemble qui devrait croustiller vous dégouline dans la main qu'il n'y a plus qu'à lécher. La chaire de crabe effilée est insipide. Et il en sera de même jusqu'au bout. Tout est joliment présenté, mais rien n'a le goût de ce que l'on mange. En fait, rien n'a de goût du tout, mais rien n'est mauvais.

Ambiente elegante e raffinato, mangiato molto bene, personale gentile e preparato, prezzo leggermente alto ma ne vale la pena. Ci ritorneremo.
