Ditirambo Roma

We were staying in Rome for a couple of days and found this restaurant by Googling for good reviews. We were not disappointed. Good atmosphere, friendly staff and good food and wine. I had the Spaghetti Carbonara because it was made the traditional way with pig's cheek - delicious. Suckling pig also beautifully cooked. We had wine by the glass and the Barbera d'Alba was excellent. Tucked away but worth a visit.

Amazing! The food we had was the best we”d had in a week in Roma , and we ate very well so this is saying something! Great staff , very helpful with wine selection.

Eravamo in 7 persone di cui 3 bambini in visita a Roma. Locale in zona centralissima ma non turistico. La location molto carina, il personale gentile ed attento (anche alle esigenze dei bambini). Piatti ottimi con ingredienti di qualità. Da tornarci.

Buena experiencia gastronómica y excelente carta de vinos. Muchos turistas pero muy bien atendidos. Realmente, es un sitio auténtico en el Centro Storico de Roma.

Every dish we had was simply wonderful. Good service, nice atmosphere; couldn't have been happier. This is a busy place, but not noisy, with lots to choose from on the menu.

The food at Ditirambo was excellent. We had the daily specials - appetizer, main course, and dessert - and they were all wonderful. The staff was also excellent. The wine list is very extensive. Great spot!

ottima e ampia scelta sia carne che pesce , prezzi buoni e ottima posizione , cenato con antipasto della casa e un primo tipico romano quale amatriciana con pomodorini di pachino , un quarto di negramaro acqua pane 35 €

Interesting menu deliciously prepared and beautifully presented. Good wine list with reasonable prices. Cozy ambience with attentive service (they speak English very well which makes life easy for those who don't speak Italian) . What's not to like?!

Every dish is prepared with the goal of pure deliciousness. You can tell that it matters that you find something new to love even with dishes that start as something traditional. Maybe it's the way the vegetables are cut. Or the extra quality of ingredients. It's pleasing to the senses in every way

Ottimo ristorante al centro di Roma con un menu molto vario e originali e una grande varietà anche di cibi vegetariani., non cosi scontati. Da provare

Cucina ottima, il servizio efficente e veloce, e forse proprio per questo poco cordiale. I posti e i tavolini piuttosto stretti, ostacolando qui e là il servizio. A partire dalle 22.30 circa il servizio inizia a concentrarsi sulla chiusura del locale rendendo l'atmosfera meno accogliente.

La cena era eccelente ma il servizio non era cosi! In fatti, il servizio era mancante. Gli antipasti erano specialmente buoni, come di solito. Grazie.

Good food, excellent wine and friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant is in a good location. The room is pleasant and the atmosphere was lively but not intrusive.

The food was very good. The special appetizer of lightly smoked swordfish carpaccio with fennel was especially good. Nice wine list and the vino bianco Della casa was quite good!

The quality of food and wine selection was a surprise and not expexted. The best restaurant at our Italy trip. And we visited also some Michelin star places too. Very good price/value relation.

il ristorante lo conoscevo già ed è stata una ottima riconferma. Cibo ottimo e originale, seppure le dosi un pochino ridotte. Una richiesta alla Direzione: una verifica dei costi al di fuori delle pietanze, come ad esempio acqua (2,50 Euro al litro), vino (una piccola bottiglia di sauvignon a 14 euro) e il pane (2 euro a persona per 4 fette di pane e tre bocconi di pizza) sono un po' eccessivi per il tipo di ristorante. Very good restaurant with top quality food and quant atmosphere. We enjoyed our experience without pomp and circumstance. The restaurant is small with a limited number of tables. The wait staff very friendly and accommodative. We would recommend this restaurant to others. George Costa + 5 others.

Locale sempre molto piacevole si esprime al meglio la sera quando la clientela è più sofisticata. Cucina e servizio impeccabili. Un'esperienza difficile da dimenticare. Bravi continuate così!

Good athmosphere and friendly staff. Food very good for most of the party but the meatballs seem to have been pureed, and an anchovy covered vegetable was a strange addition. Very slow service but overall a good experience.

Acceuil tres sympatique. Cuisine traditionnelle italienne de qualité et grande diversité des produits. La carte des vins est intéressante avec un grand choix à des prix corrects.
