Ottima qualità del cibo, piatti originali, un mix delizioso fra innovazione e tradizione, servizio molto gradevole, professionale e nel contempo family feeling. Coccole e cortesia alla fine del pasto.

Buon cibo, buona location e personale simpatico, professionale e molto disponibile. Ho apprezzato tutto, ma soprattutto i dolci. Credo di tornarci, ma in estate e di sera.

Warm atmosphere, professional and happy service. Modern, high quality food at low prices. An extensive, well-priced wine list. We loved the Luigi Maffoni Kratos Fiano Paestum white wine.

Amazing food and wonderful service. An experience and a place to visit over and over again. Booking is a MUST but well worth a wait.

Heel goede plaats. Vriendelijke ontvangst en heel lekker gegeten voor een juiste prijs! Uitgebreide wijnlijst met wijnen voor elk budget. We gaan zeker terug bij een bezoek aan Rome!

The service was slow, the tables too close together and my wife suffered an upset stomach for 36 hours probably after eating the salmon. Food selection not as appealing as on previous visit.

The food was great, wine list superb and staff helpful. Atmosphere nice, restaurant was full. The day after we try their restaurant a cross of street And It was great too

We hebben heel lekker gegeten. De bediening was vriendelijk en attent. Het eten was erg smaakvol en bijzonder. De huiswijn was lekker. We komen zeker nog een terug als we in Rome zijn.

Altro giro di sapori al Ditirambo; questa volta abbiamo assaggiato un misto ittico di crudi e cotti ( tonno e ombrina in tartare, polpo, baccalà affumicato e poi mantecato con puntarelle), per poi spostarci su tortelli ripieni di petto d'anatra affumicato - davvero notevoli- Di seguito, filetto di orata con carciofi arricciati, e tagliata di manzo con patate, entrambe molto buoni, con una nota di merito all'orata. Dolci: il cannolo, che avevo già chiamato "destrutturalizzato" per accentuare la sorpresa dellapresentazione, rimane stupendo; buona la crema di zabaione, forse troppo dolce per i miei gusti. Servizio professionale con garbo e affabilità; carta dei vini forse ancora sbilanciata su iperproduttori che potrebbero essere lasciati alla loro strada... Ci si torna di sicuro.

Andata con amiche a cena. Semplicemente perfetto. una garanzia di cordialità,buona cucina ogni volta che vengo a Roma. Cibi della tradizione accanto a rivisitazioni. Si esce acutamente soddisfatti.

A beautiful restaurant that manages to combine a relaxed, homely environment with food that is definitely a cut above what one might expect from 'granny's kitchen' (unless granny is a chef). DItirambo is one of these places that one can imagine appealing to every palate and to every wallet. Strongly recommended is the starter of thinly scalloped potato baked with parmesan- an enjoyable combination of velvety and crisp - and the guinea fowl to follow. Watch out for the portions, which are very generous indeed, and be sure to keep a space for dessert, This, for many, is likely to be the highlight of the meal: there are things on the menu that one would be hard put to find elsewhere else, such as pistachio and pepper ice cream and a sorbet of orange and Campari. Superlative food.

Amazing Italian food! The beef cheeks melts in your mouth and the Millefoglie of zucchini and mozzarella was absolutely divine! We enjoyed all the courses and highly recommended to everyone.

Ate at Ditirambo 2 years ago and found the meal and service as good as the first time, excellent. What I enjoyed most is that the food preparation and presentation are fresh and updated from your traditional Roman restaurant. Great wine list. I will definitely return to Ditirambo on my next visit to Rome.

Quality of food medium, the beef tagliata was stringy and not tender. The maialino was ok but not crisp and meaty as expected so not do much to eat. Service ok and the antipasto was good.

Ditirambo è sempre una piacevole conferma; dall' antipasto al dessert. Era un annetto e mezzo che non ci venivamo, e abbiamo notato un certo ricambio nella carta, più ricca di proposte. Abbiamo assaggiato Una storia italiana ( antipasto misto di salumi e formaggi) molto buono, poi un Arrosto alla siciliana notevole e un buon maialino al forno. Il Cannolo del Ditirambo, un cannolo che a prima vista sembrava "destrutturalizzato", si è rivelato davvero eccellente per le materie prime e per l'equilibrio dei sapori. Molto frequentato, e va bene così!!

Great restaurant, with a great menu. Friendly staff that had a good knowledge of their foods and wines. Staff also spoke English which was great for us.
