Sehr leckeres Essen. Toll war, dass wir 3 Gänge bestellten, die wir teilen konnten. Sehr nette Bedienungen und ein schöner belebter Platz in der Altstadt. Online Reservierung möglich und empfohlen, denn ab 19.44 war dann voll.

Materie prime di buona qualità, rispetto del prodotto, esaltazione della semplicità..unica pecca il servizio un po' lento, i dolci da migliorare

Locale molto curato ed elegante in una zona centrale di Palermo, servizio attento e cortese, cucina ottima dove creatività e tradizione sono ben combinate. Carta dei vini molto interessante soprattutto per quanto riguarda le cantine siciliane.

Belle le sale,ambienti affollati e tavoli un po' troppo vicini,abbinamento vini/bicchieri non adeguato,cibo di buona qualità ma coreograficamente non troppo curato.Speravamo un po' più di spiegazioni sui cibi scelti(richiesta ma stringata)servizio accurato,veloce e cortese.

I did not order bread, they brought it in without asking and put it into check without notification. Pasta was just ok. Tuna tataki without any taste, disgusting to be honest

Wonderful meal this evening in a gorgeous setting in the dining room in the back of the restaurant. Food and service were excellent. Interesting dishes and great wine list.

We arrived in Palermo late, checked into our lodging, and asked the owner for a dinner recommendation. His top pick was Osteria Ballarò. After securing a reservation, we walked over to this tucked-away spot and were warmly greeted by a friendly, attentive host who seated us right away. Fresh bread and our choice of still water were promptly brought to the table. I mentioned my wife was gluten-free, and they assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. We started with an excellent appetizer—fresh seafood in a mustard sauce (unfortunately, the name escapes me). It was the highlight of the meal. For mains, the three of us ordered different pasta dishes, but none of them really impressed us. Overall, the food left us a bit underwhelmed. That said, the service was exceptional. The staff clearly cared about their guests and made an effort to create a welcoming experience. If you’re gluten-intolerant, just double-check that your dish is correct when it arrives. Our was not.

La comida riquísima y el servicio muy amable y correcto y el sitio es muy bonito con buena música y muy buen ambiente, pero sobre todo la comida que estaba muy bien elaborada

Dopo aver sentito un sacco di gente consigliarmi di andare all’osteria Ballarò mi sono deciso di andarci, manco l’avessi fatto, servizio e il ristorante in sé top, ma il cibo non era per niente all’altezza.

The food was pretty good but I liked my meal the night before better and it was much cheaper. Great setting though.

The overall experience was really nice. Relaxed atmosphere, delicious food, awesome wine selection, and very nice ambiance; the restaurant's decor is spectacular. Highly recommended!

Location bellissima e atmosfera romantica. Menu interessante , piatti buoni ma ci aspettavamo dei piatti con un sapore che richiama più la tradizione, prezzi un po’ elevati per quantità e qualità del prodotto

The atmosphere was beautiful; the service was a bit detached. The food was okay, but was really poor value for the price point. The Palermo street food was disappointing at best (at €28); a few items of fried chickpeas, arincini, seemed pretty lazy on the part of the restaurant. My biggest annoyance was that I wasted one of my nights in Palermo on this restaurant.

Very good food, close to Bib Gourmand if you ask me. Very extensive wine menu too

Ci siamo dovuti accomodare in un tavolo piccolo con degli sgabelli quando avremmo preferito un tavolo più grande con sedie normali. Dispiace ancor di più perché in fase di prenotazione avevamo espressamente richiesto un tavolo defilato, richiesta che non è stata per niente accolta. Per il resto tutto ineccepibile.

Very special place with a great selection of wines. The tiramisu was the only disappointed dish that was served, all the rest were great. I liked especially the knocki.

Mi aspettavo molto di più. Camerieri poco attenti. Il secondo che abbiamo mangiato “brisket di manzo” un piatto del quale non ho ben capito il senso. Un po’ delusa.

Mi chiedo come in un ristorante, con un menu che in fondo alla pagina porta pure la firma di uno chef che si chiama Calogero Branca, possa uscire dalla cucina un piatto del genere. Abbiamo ordinato le mezze maniche con seppia, bottarga e carciofi croccanti e salsa carbonara. Della bottarga nessuna traccia, né di profumo, né di sapore. Seppia dalla consistenza anomala, "soffice" e insapore, 1 carciofino bollito, il tutto affogato in tanto liquido altrettanto insapore nel quale il nero di seppia si è mescolato dando origine ad un brodetto grigiastro. Ho apprezzato il maître, che concorde con noi, si è scusato facendo uno sconto. Il locale è suggestivo, l'atmosfera è raffinata.
