Es gibt praktisch keine negativen Kritikpunkte. Das beste Essen unserer an guten kulinarischen Erfahrungen reichen Reise. Vor allem das hervorragende Centrifugato di finocchio e arance mit Spiggiola und Desserts, im speziellen die Handwerklich sehr stark umgesetzten Cremes müssen hervorgehoben werden. Einige winzige Abzüge gäbe es lediglich wenn man das Qualitätsniveau des Guide Michelin heranziehen würde. Hier wären bei einzelnen Komponenten kleinere "Fehler" zu nennen, so war das gelato zenzero im Dessert vorgefertigt und tiefgekühlt eingefroren, dadurch steinhart. Der Service ist durch die jungen, unerfahrenen Mitarbeiter etwas unbedarft, aber vielleicht gerade deswegen auch sehr charmant. In Anbetracht der hohen Qualität und handwerklichen Präzision der Gerichte sollte man einen solch hohen Maßstab unbedingt anlegen. Eine große Empfehlung!

Locale molto bello, intimo. Perfetto per una cena romantica. Piatti buoni, prezzi un po’ più alti della media. Personale davvero molto cortese e disponibile, di fronte a un nostro disagio per un piatto, sono intervenuti prontamente togliendolo dal conto e offrendoci anche il dolce. Accortezze e gentilezze di altri tempi, assoluta nota di merito. Consigliato!!!

El ambiente me pareció frío, muy poco acogedor, y con un staff muy poco welcoming. La comida es de buena calidad pero esperaba mucho más teniendo en cuenta los precios. En general, destacaría la falta de sabor. Ahora ya entendemos por què el local estaba medio vacio pese a la fama en redes. Nos fuimos del local muy decepcionados.

Osteria Ballarò è un gioiellino nel cuore di Palermo: atmosfera calda, cucina siciliana curata e sapori autentici con un tocco moderno. Piatti di pesce freschissimo, ottimi vini e un servizio attento rendono l’esperienza speciale. Ideale per una cena romantica o per chi vuole gustare la vera Palermo con eleganza.

Great service and even better food. The waiters recommended and excellent local wine and then an exceptional Sicilian grappa to end the meal. I had gnocchi stuffed with burata in a fish bass sauce. I’m not sure how the chef did it but one of the best dishes I’ve ever had.

A la prise de commande, pas de volonté de commenter les plats ou de conseiller le choix de vins au verre, alors que nous nous disions touristes à la découverte de la gastronomie sicilienne.Le reste a suivi dans la même veine de non échanges…Pour notre départ, le chef de salle ne nous a salués que lorsque nous l’avons nous d’abord salué. Dommage pour la qualité et l’originalité de la cuisine …

The service was great, but some of the food was leaving something to be desired. Our appetizers with tuna and other seafood were delicious, but the gnocchi we shared was unappetizing and too dense. We would certainly recommend it for antipasti, but not for a main course.

Locale molto curato ed elegante in una zona centrale di Palermo, servizio attento e cortese, cucina ottima dove creatività e tradizione sono ben combinate. Carta dei vini molto interessante soprattutto per quanto riguarda le cantine siciliane.

Belle le sale,ambienti affollati e tavoli un po' troppo vicini,abbinamento vini/bicchieri non adeguato,cibo di buona qualità ma coreograficamente non troppo curato.Speravamo un po' più di spiegazioni sui cibi scelti(richiesta ma stringata)servizio accurato,veloce e cortese.

Wonderful meal this evening in a gorgeous setting in the dining room in the back of the restaurant. Food and service were excellent. Interesting dishes and great wine list.

We arrived in Palermo late, checked into our lodging, and asked the owner for a dinner recommendation. His top pick was Osteria Ballarò. After securing a reservation, we walked over to this tucked-away spot and were warmly greeted by a friendly, attentive host who seated us right away. Fresh bread and our choice of still water were promptly brought to the table. I mentioned my wife was gluten-free, and they assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. We started with an excellent appetizer—fresh seafood in a mustard sauce (unfortunately, the name escapes me). It was the highlight of the meal. For mains, the three of us ordered different pasta dishes, but none of them really impressed us. Overall, the food left us a bit underwhelmed. That said, the service was exceptional. The staff clearly cared about their guests and made an effort to create a welcoming experience. If you’re gluten-intolerant, just double-check that your dish is correct when it arrives. Our was not.

Dopo aver sentito un sacco di gente consigliarmi di andare all’osteria Ballarò mi sono deciso di andarci, manco l’avessi fatto, servizio e il ristorante in sé top, ma il cibo non era per niente all’altezza.

The food was pretty good but I liked my meal the night before better and it was much cheaper. Great setting though.

The overall experience was really nice. Relaxed atmosphere, delicious food, awesome wine selection, and very nice ambiance; the restaurant's decor is spectacular. Highly recommended!
