Foods are perfect! But the waiter do not have enough patience to explain to me what i want to know.. we ordered 2 pasta just the side dish, the usual pasta that were ordering, bcoz it for my kids, 2 and 3 yrs old. They will just play with it thats why i prefer the small serving, but instead he gave us 2 menu kids of pasta.. then i asked 1 berrilicous, but he gave us 2.. i did not mention it to him bcoz he gets iritated when i asked about the pasta if its menu bimbo he needs to give us 2 drinks for the kids.. but nothing.. instead he asked “what is the problem madam? The price?” So i did not insist anymore! But when the bill arrive, he charged us for the bottle of water that supposed to be in the menu bimbo, but still i did nkt say anythingC but when i saw the bill total bill is 120plus then another 7.90 beer.. i asked why, he gets iritated already and told me “madam, u need to pay for the tax of cibo and beer” so the beer cost 7.90€ and the tax is same price of 7.90? How come? I am a regular customer of hard rock, and this is the very 1st time i encounter a rude and impatience waiter like him!

Very friendly, efficient and attentive staff. Nothing was a problem. Food was excellently prepared as well. One of the better HRC’s I have been to.

Service was slow and inattentive. Afterlife server forgot something on our order, we waited 30 minutes plus for it to show up. Despite asking multiple times where it was, we only got a rushed “it’s coming”. No apologies or compensation for having to wait such a ridiculous amount of time. Would not go back.

Nel locale la musica è martellante a fastidiosa. Il cibo non eccezionale. Il servizio efficiente e veloce. Nel complesso mi ha delusa perché pensavo vi fosse maggiore cura nella cucina

Food and cocktails are delicious. Good music. Nice environment. Personel are very helpful and welcoming. the restaurant is also easy to reach because it is close to metro station.

Tutto perfetto come sempre. Lo staff è sempre gentile, il cibo buonissimo. Con la prenotazione su quandoo abbiamo atteso non più di 10 minuti. Ritorneremo sicuramente

il cibo era buono anche la musica sarebbe stato bello che aprisse almeno alle 1030. è davvero un peccato non poter fare li la colazione

Qualita' del cibo e personale veramente eccellenti. I ragazzi in sala sono veramente professionali e sempre sorridenti. Non metto il 6 solo per i prezzi che sono troppo elevati.

Come sempre l'Hard Rock Caffè è una garanzia. Ottimo cibo e ottima musica in un ambiente ideale per celebrare un compleanno in compagnia. Ci si torna volentieri.

Non è la prima volta che vado all'hard rock cafe di Roma e come al sito si mangia molto bene ed il posto davvero carino!
