Passionate & friendly proprietor (contrary to some reviews - but we do speak Italian). Exceptional wine list. Food good but not exceptional and frankly & rather blatantly overpriced: it’s mostly just good home cooking (with some flashes of excellence). Service was very slow and we were the only customers, so it could be a problem when full. €240 for two without pushing out the boat. I do not recommend, if you aren’t confident about what you’re up to.

The place was pretty empty, which is a shame. However it’s quite expensive for what it is.

It was a great little restaurant, the service, and atmosphere was good. For service was a little slow, but we won’t in a hurry, and there’s plenty of wine to drink. Food was delicious though.
Ein wunderschöner Abend mit gutem Essen und tollen Wein. In einer versteckten Ecke in Venedigs Zentrum. Gerne immer wieder!
