First time in Venice, and for a short holiday with my two teenage daughters, one of whom is a vegetarian. Excellent food, wine and service. Will definitely be back.

top place in venice have been here 3 times now never disappoints get the fresh fish Himalayan Sea sale grill. It is fantastic. very cozy place

Relatively expensive but the food was good and the atmosphere welcoming. Nice location, though at night in February, it was too cold to sit outside. I would visit again if in Venice.

Good service and great food. You can watch the meals being made and everthing looked delicious. A delightful small cosy restaurant. Would highly recommend a visit if you are in beautiful Venice.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our dinner here in early January 2019. It is a very intimate restaurant so make reservations in advance! We saw a large group being turned away b/c they didn't have a reservation and the group got a big pissy about it, but really how can you expect to be seated at such an intimate place without a reservation? The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

Die Bedienung war nett und das Essen fein. Das Restaurant ist eher klein und gemütlich, aber wie es so sein kann, dann auch relativ laut. Wir haben den Abend im Restaurant genossen.

Excellent food, great service! The cuttlefish pasta in its ink was delicious, the fish melt-in-your mouth tender. Great wine list - we trusted their recommendations, which were both excellent (red and white). Highly recommended!

There is a wonderful staff, a very intimate setting, that is off the beaten path. Excellent cuisine. Highly recommend, sort of, shhhh! Let’s keep it secret!

Sehr schöne Lage und ein besonderes Konzept mit einer modernen Crossover küche und umfangreicher Wein-Karte die man auch ohne zu essen in der zugehörigen Bar 5000 gegenüber genießen kann. Die Küche ist herausragend, kein Coperto und der Qualität angemessene Preise. Sehr freundlicher Service. Hier erfinden junge Venetianer. Venedig neu. Toll, wir kommen sicher wieder..*****!

Non è la prima volta che mi fermo a cena qui , la cucina è sempre ottima e il servizio sempre presente. Forse da migliorare la carta dei vini, ma è solo un dettaglio. Consigliatissimo locale

Fantastic and flavorful food! Great ambiance to enjoy as a couple or with a group. I would recommend the fillet. It was the biggest fillet nI have ever had and was cooked to perfection!

Food well, price not cheap, personal normal, ubication excellent, is difficult take a table outside. Inside is beatiful, but in the canal is the top.

Super friendly service, all the staff were very friendly and helpful advising on menu choices and wine selection. We didn’t realise that we only had the table for a certain time but we just finished our drinks in the lovely bar, and ended up having more drinks. Would definitely come back.

The food was really lovely and well presented. I don't think the service was as good as it could have been but the location and the food made up for it.

Lorenzo and Alfredo were wonderful hosts-the food, wine and lovely setting made for a very memorable evening for us. We can’t thank them enough. Highest recommendation. Grazie Dan & Shannon

E' la seconda volta che mangiamo qui e abbiamo avuto la conferma di un ristorantino raffinato elegante con un personale molto gentile e professionale. Ottime proposte culinarie e ancor meglio la cantina. Molto attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Insomma un posto che vale il prezzo. Un ristorante raro a Venezia ancor più perché si trova nella zona più turistica della città.

We had a fantastic meal. Every dish was wonderful. The service was friendly and each dish was prepared with very fresh and local ingredients. We particularly loved the pasta with clams and the tiramisu, but everything else was also delicious. The restaurant is small and inviting. We would highly recommend it.

Ristorante accogliente ed intimo dal menù di pesce rivisitato in chiave orientale. I piatti ottimi, lasciatevi consigliare non ve ne pentirete! Inoltre siamo arrivati tardi ma ci hanno aspettato e abbiamo avuto tutto il locale per noi. Fortemente consigliato se volete uscire dal circuito tutistico e cercate un posto autentico!

Posto molto bello... direttore e staff impeccabili e premurosissimi... piatti ricercati.... cibo ottimo... Ovviamente come tutto a questo mondo tutto ha un prezzo... ma ne vale assolutamente la pena...! da provare...!!!

Avons trouvé ce restaurant par hasard et avons réservé par internet. Restaurant très agréable et accueillant. Repas très bons et personnel plus le patron chaleureux et gentils.

Fantastic, would highly recommend. The food was excellent. We went on Christmas day and the staff were in high spirits ! We will definitely come back.

Overall experience was extraordinary. The food was fresh and delicious, traditional and not-so-traditional recipes. The wine recommendation was on point. The service was friendly and very helpful in recommending an wonderful experience.

A restaurant like an experience, run by people who passionately care about the food, the ambience, and their guests. Warmly recommended to make your visit to Venice even more memorable.

Disappointing given the provenance of the restaurant (Orto dei Mori). I was on time but the table wasn't ready so I was "invited" to have an aperitivo - for which I would have been billed if I hadn't noticed it. OK. The starter was a kind of spring roll that looked frozen (maybe I am being unfair but they were very regular next to each other) and it was served with a large amount of passatta that was essentially wasted. The main course I had was a form of spaghetti alle vongole which had too much pesto-y sauce, and clams so small the main object was to remove them and their shells. The restaurant doesn't have wines by the glass or half bottles on its menu (maybe it serves by the glass). Lastly, it was the only place in Venice I have come across that charges a percentage for service and not a coberto. That's their right, but it's also jammed on the bill that you probably really want to read. It wasn't awful but I was so excited to try this place because I go to its sister restaurant without fail every time I'm in Venice. It was not great.

bellissimo posto....atmosfera splendida e tutti piatti di tradizione rivisitati con una nota orientale si sono dimostrati squisiti! spero di tornarci presto in questo piccolo ristorante di classe!

Nourriture bonne, service correct, mais il y a deux salles et vous pouvez vous retrouver dans un bar à vin sans âme et ouvert à tous les vents... dommage.

Il locale è molto carino con personale gentile e disponibile. Il cibo buono, propongono piatti ricercati con un occhio di riguardo alla tradizione! Consigliato ;)

Locale molto accogliente con personale gentile ed efficiente.La cucina è tradizionale ma con alcune rivisitazioni e contaminazioni.Abbiamo mangiato molto bene è un locale quindi assolutamente da consigliare!!!

Excellent food, enchanting location, great service. Venice can be a nightmare, because it's full of tourist traps. Luna Sentada is a certainty. We'll surely eat there again.

Una bellissima sorpresa. Abito a Venezia dal primo di Marzo ed è innegabile che sia una città fin troppo turistica e dal punto di vista gastronomico. Bisogna cercare nelle calli nascoste per scovare trattorie e ristorantini con una marcia in più. La luna Sentada è molto vicino a Piazza San Marco ma va cercata e soprattutto è obbligatorio prenotare. Staff simpatico cordiale e molto professionale, cucina a vista, cantina selezionata e invidiabile. La scelta del menù proposto è particolarmente interessante e coniuga meravigliosamente la tradizione veneziana con idee innovative presentando piatti ottimi nel sapore e nel concetto. Una serata perfetta sotto ogni aspetto. Consigliatissimo.
