I cannot fault the location and the view of this place. However we did feel like we were forgotten about. Everyone else seemed to have bread provided with their meal etc and we did not. waiters didn’t seem interested in us. Seemed like they just wanted people in and out. It seemed pretty rushed about unfortunately. My meal I couldn’t fault, I had the ravioli with zucchini sauce. however my partner ordered the veal and it was quite bland. It is not somewhere we would visit again

Very poor service, from the moment we walked to reception we were greeted rudely. Food was awful. Had much better meals for less than half the price. Very rushed. At the end we were yelled ‘here’s the bill, pay at exit, tips not included’ Staff were all over the place. Sending dinner to incorrect tables. Did not receive second drinks order….. would not return. Ever.

When someone explains a tourist trap this is exactly what they mean. Even the view can’t save it. Mediocre over priced food with a feeling of chaos from the wait staff. Unfortunately won’t be back… too bad because the view is stunning.

Great view, excellent staff, attentive and good value, only problem was the lasagne was cold in the middle so sent back and reheated, however this did not spoil anything and I would recommend and return

The views from the terrace are stunning and it’s a fabulous setting. The food is reasonably priced and of a decent standard, I wouldn’t say exceptional. In my opinion I don’t the waiters are attentive, whether that be because they are busy or something else but we also ate in the afternoon and thought the same. That said it does not take away the fact it’s a beautiful place and a must try restaurant whilst in Sorrento.

Views were great. Food, drinks and service were good, but not exceptional.

We went for a special 50th birthday dinner at sunset. First, the view is obstructed by another building, so you really don’t get to see the sun. Second and most important, their service and ability to cook steak was subpar. This place came highly recommended and was so excited to have gotten reservation. The servers we had were not very friendly and were impatient when we were placing our order. This wasn’t an inexpensive place either, so we wanted to order something special and to our liking. When food came out, one of my daughter’s pasta had a hair in it. That one person who we flagged down was totally understanding. They brought her a new one quickly. But my mom’s medium-well steak was cooked rare-medium. We sent it back and all they did was put it back on grill because it came back more cooked on the outside, but still not medium-well. She decided to just get a pasta meal because by that time, she was starving and the rest of us were almost done with our meal. It took a long time to get her basic pasta plate. They tried to make up for it by giving us lemon sorbet, but it totally killed the mood with attitudes. They did not charge us for her meal at least, but the incompetence of the cashier was another issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

This restaurant was recommended to me as I am coeliac and need to eat gluten-free. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. Everything about this place was amazing.

Outside was lovely. With music every night, shouldn’t have a cover charge.

We ate at this restaurant 10 years ago and had to go again during this visit to Sorrento!! It didn’t disappoint. Loved all of our dishes.

Service was impeccable. Our menu choices were excellent. Our dining experience was extraordinary.

Everything was delicious and service was fantastic. We had booked a table by the edge of the terrace for the view and the sunset was spectacular! Best part of the meal. Food was really good but not exceptional. Staff is expected to be tipped.

As we knew how popular this restaurant was we booked from home (UK) 5 weeks in advance . Delighted to get a front line table , fabulous view . The food was lovely and staff were great , we had lovely time .

Rude service, rushed, no help when it started to rain all over our table. Corked wine but only clean empty glass replaced not bottle so short changed on the wine, main served as started finished and my sisters plate cleared with folk mid air and spilt wine glass with no apology.. Then a random plate forced on the table. Which was not asked for or needed (seafood plate already there). When paying bill man told us amount then pointed at machine and ignored us. Will not return. Gutted as view is lovely. But staff so rude
