Excellent food. Enjoyable surroundings. Some confusion over the meals ordered but the quality was SO god

We had a reservation and when we walked in and no one acknowledged us. We were then told to sit anywhere. While the food was good, the service was horrible. Someone came over to us initially, but we were nowhere near ready to order as we were reading the entire menu. After that, no one returned to us for quite a while and we had to get someone’s attention to take our order. We finally placed our order, but it took at least 15 minutes or more to get a glass of wine and a bottle of water. I can appreciate that everything is cooked to order, but it should not have taken us an hour to get an order placed and food served.

Delicious food and nice ambiance. We will definitely be back.

Nonsense 25€ charging for piatto del giorno (todays special) but I just wanna have a 15€ pasta with seafood. It’s sad that the restaurant just wanna serve a big group of people instead of solo person to dine in while I want to order. Even the waiter is not busy but he told me 1 sec, and ran to serve that >10 people. For food, the sauce of pasta is too watery.

We were in Sorrento for four nights, we stumbled upon this place night one and liked it so much we went a second time! Everything tasted homemade. Only complaint was the slow service, it really took a long time at every stage of dining.
