Strainer is one of our favorite restaurants in Portofino! The food is delicious, the people are so kind and the view is amazing. A must go!

The fish dishes were excellent -- flavored just right. And the de-boning of the fish was done perfectly - better than at any other restaurant in Portofino that I visited. The appetizer "octopus/potato" salad should not be missed.

The food is second to none! The music, ambience and the sound of the waves enhance every spect of this beautiful and delicious restaurant. It is a MUST when visiting Portofino! Make sure to get the pasta with truffle tossed in the Parmesan wheel!

Bom jantar, tudo em ordem. O serviço do restaurante é meio perdido mas todos muito gentis. O restaurante tem preços altos, mas é tudo justificado pela localização.

Am 1. Mai hat es geregnet und wir waren die einzige Gäste. Die Personal war nett und aufmerksam. Die rohen Artischocken zur Vorspeise haben wir nicht verstanden ( so noch nie gegessen und werden nie wieder bestellen). Hauptgang war ok. Lage-top, Küche-mittelmässig, Service-gut, Preise-sogar für Portofino hoch. Aber bei schönem Wetter, für ein Getränk ist sehr empfehlenswert.

I got that feeling that, They are charging higher prices for the meals that are not written on menu. Because the bill was extremely different from the one We got before although have similar things. Be awere of Truffle pasta 😬
