We had a great dinner at this restaurant. The appetiser board, pizzas and especially the lasagna were all five great and everyone in our group of 10 enjoyed it. The service was smooth and even though we were sitting in an upstairs inside room, they did not forget we were there and Gave us great service. We will definitely recommend and be back once we come back to Palermo.

Purtroppo il ristorante, benché ben recensito, costituisce una trappola per turisti (e non). La location è centrale, a due passi dai 4 canti, ma questo fa sì che il posto sia affollatissimo, con i tavoli attaccati l’uno all’altro. Il personale è estremamente sbrigativo e poco attento. I piatti che abbiamo ordinato ci sono arrivati nell’ordine errato e secondo una tempistica sfalsata: uno dei due commensali ha ricevuto due piatti insieme e l’altro zero. Verosimilmente, la cucina ha rifilato uno dei piatti preparati per errore e destinati ad altri tavoli. L’errore non è stato valorizzato e, salvo scuse del dipendente (che è stato gentile), non ha avuto un riflesso sul conto, che invece è stato molto caro. La qualità del cibo è discreta, i piatti - di per se molto semplici - potevano essere cucinati meglio. Il menu non offre grandi alternative e presenta pochissimi piatti della tradizione palermitana. In generale, l’esperienza della cena è stata compromessa anche dal fatto che sopra i tavoli c’era un campanello che suonava continuamente.

Essen nichts besonderes aber ok, Service Katastrophe. Auf der Rechnung neben dem Coperto auch noch 10% Trinkgeld automatisch abgezogen. Wc extrem dreckig. Es wird versucht schnell anzufertigen um den Tisch neu zu vergeben. Bei Vor- Haupt und Nachspeise wurden Teller von jedem abgeräumt währedn mN noch am kauen war.

Das Besteck war bereits benutzt, weshalb wir unseren Platz wechseln mussten. Der Ablauf im Restaurant wirkte insgesamt chaotisch und wenig organisiert. Dennoch war das Servicepersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Teigwaren haben gut geschmeckt, und auch die Pizza Margherita war in Ordnung, wenn auch überraschend süß im Geschmack. Zusätzlich wurden Servicegebühren erhoben, über die wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden – ein Umstand, der uns in anderen Restaurants nicht begegnet ist. Insgesamt würde ich das Restaurant für einen einmaligen Besuch empfehlen. Meiner Meinung nach gibt es in Palermo jedoch besser organisierte und qualitativ hochwertigere Alternativen.

Locale molto turistico sovraffollato in una strada satura di locali. Mediocre la qualità dei cibi.

Nonostsnte la prenotazione hanno dovuto sistemarci nell'ingresso essendo il locale super affollato, sicuramente oltre la capienza. Tutto ottimo , ragazzi gentilissimi, bel posto nel centro della movida di Palermo.

Servizio pessimo, sono venuti in 5 o 6 camerieri e ognuno ha comunicato il fuori menù in modo diverso. Locale carino ma non si è mangiato per nulla bene e molto caro rispetto ad altri posti che siamo state nei vari giorni del soggiorno.

Abbiamo preso panini con hamburger e non era buona né la carne e nemmeno il pane. Ho prenotato il tavolo e non l’ho trovato pronto ma siccome dentro era vuoto me lo hanno preparato al volo. Mi chiedo se fosse stato pieno se avessi trovato ugualmente il tavolo. Cameriere uomo inopportuno.

Wonderful experience, very Italian, great service, amazing tasting food - we had a great time

Very pushy rude staff. Service was slow and the food was terrible. The staff was arguing amongst themselves and the MOD was in a frenzy and let it show. Do yourself a favor and walk by this place.

Pasta carbonara was too salty and difficult to find the beacon, it was not looking like the regular egg carbonara we have tried around the island. Spaguetti lobster was by far overpriced. Antipasti was fine.

The food was alright, not bad but definitely not amazing. They brought out buns that we never asked for so we thought they were complementary. We got the bill and they charged us €6 for the buns and the “special pasta dish” was €25. For that kind of money I would expect a really amazing meal. It was disappointingly average. Would not go back

Surcharge fee of 6 euros for a bunch of unorganized dudes and you have to pay by yourself at the cashier.

Approssimativi, i calamari fritti erano mollicci e il polpo alla brace bruciato.,troppa ma veramente troppa confusione e il responsabile maleducato con i dipendenti, quest'ultimi,invece,molto solerti e gentili

La relación calidad precio no era buena. He pagado 30 euros por un plato de macarrones y una cerveza y me han traido el plato de macarrones con trozitos de papelitos verdes que pareceia que el queso tenia hongos. Los espaguetis carbonara que ha pedido mi amiga estaban super salados y no pudo terminar.... que decepción.

Un lugar caótico donde el servicio es bastante malo y la comida muy regular.

Esperienza pessima, a noi è ancora andata bene rispetto a tanti altri tavoli. Tutti i prenotati snobbati e lasciati li ad aspettare anche un'ora dall'ora di prenotazione, hanno fatto sedere chiunque per tenere il locale sempre pieno fregandosene delle prenotazioni. Tempi d'attesa improponibili, piatti ok e senza pretese, ma con dimenticanze sugli ingredienti (la mia pasta con le sarde il finocchietto non l'ha visto manco da lontano). Servizio più che dimenticabile, e l'uscita dei piatti era come fare un terno al lotto.

Attesa infinita. Ci hanno fatto sedere e dopo un ora non avevano ancora portato i primi…. Non torneremo sicuro

We booked a table for 7 in advance, however they didn't seem to expect us at all, and we had to wait for a table for a while. Then, when an hour has passes since taking our order, we asked about the food - and then the dishes started dripping in, at about 10 minute intervals. Dished were way too salty, luke warm and the ragu, for example, had only two pieces of meat in it. Two hours in, one dish still hasn't arrived. This was in August, yes, but there is no excuse for such bad service. No apologies or compensation was offered. This is the worst example of a tourist trap we have ever encountered. Don't go!
