Long after taking the order-- and as other appetizers were arriving we were informed that one of the ordered appetizers was not available; then we were brought wrong main courses for two people. While the restaurant didn't charge for certain errors, the money was irrelevant. When one goes to a supposedly good restaurant in Venice and is forced to conclude "non abbiamo mangiato bene"-- the restaurant should be embarrassed-- and other customers should be forewarned.

Excellent food and service. I had lunch, which I prefer, so it was quiet, soothing and intimate. Excellent veal and soufflé of potato’s with mushrooms. I had the chocolate mousse. Amazing. Restaurant is on the gourmet side, smaller rations and exquisite flavor and presentation. I loved it.

We could not sit outside. The service was abysmal except for the initial welcome to the table. Food was overpriced

Reserved a table at 16:00 so we could eat before the opera. No one ever mentioned that they only have a light menu at that time. Dinner was a bust.

Prezzi esorbitanti con porzioni molto piccole. Ed inoltre oltre al coperchio di 5 euro a testa mi sembra assurdo applicare anche una maggiorazione del 10% sul totale scontrino. Posto carino ma oltre a questo nulla. Ci sono altri ristoranti in zona validi e che ti fanno mangiare piatti tipici veneti.

Posto bellissimo in legno e velluto rosso tra vetri soffiati settecenteschi e luci soffuse di candele , camerieri cordiali, piatti ricercati, carta dei vini ottima, prezzi alti ma comprensibili per la tipologia di posto!

Great find close by hotel. I could not fault this place as food, wine and service were great! Slightly pricey for what it is but it’s Venice, so it is expected. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxed evening meal without dissapointment.
