Cibo mediocre, ambiente scomodo e servizio pessimo. Siamo andati in pizzeria e, appena arrivati ​​al secondo piano, i due camerieri addetti ci hanno accolto con una certa superficialità. Il cameriere che ci ha servito al secondo piano non ha voluto presentarsi e durante tutto il servizio si è dimostrato maleducato, irrispettoso nei nostri confronti, scherzando e parlando diverse lingue per cercare di intimidirci. Il peggior servizio che abbiamo mai ricevuto in vita nostra.

Dopo più di dieci anni sono tornato in questa pizzeria spinto dal ricordo positivo di una precedente esperienza, ma purtroppo la delusione è stata davvero cocente. Servizio Inadeguato Il servizio si è rivelato il punto più debole della serata. Quando abbiamo richiesto una semplice variazione alla pizza, il cameriere non è stato in grado di confrontarsi con la cucina per verificare la fattibilità della modifica, dimostrando una mancanza di comunicazione interna preoccupante. Particolarmente sconcertante è stato l’approccio linguistico del personale: il cameriere si è inizialmente rivolto a noi in francese, poi in inglese, e solo dopo la nostra insistenza nel voler comunicare in italiano ha fatto un tentativo di parlare la nostra lingua. In un ristorante italiano, questo rappresenta una grave mancanza di attenzione verso la clientela locale. Professionalità Assente Il colmo è stato raggiunto quando lo stesso cameriere si è presentato al nostro tavolo indossando auricolari dai quali si sentivano chiaramente risate e rumori. Questo comportamento denota una totale mancanza di professionalità e rispetto verso i clienti. Pizza Deludente Anche il prodotto principale, la pizza, non è riuscito a salvare la serata. La qualità era decisamente inferiore alle aspettative e soprattutto alla reputazione che il locale vorrebbe mantenere. Nulla a che vedere con i ricordi positivi di oltre un decennio fa. Conclusioni Un’esperienza complessivamente negativa che ha tradito le aspettative basate su un passato migliore. Il locale sembra aver perso quella cura per il servizio e la qualità che lo caratterizzava in passato. Non posso raccomandare questa pizzeria, almeno fino a quando non saranno apportati miglioramenti sostanziali sia nel servizio che nella qualità del cibo. Consiglio: Prima di prenotare, valutate attentamente le recensioni più recenti per evitare delusioni simili alla mia

La réservation a été rapide et l'accueil parfait. Les pizze ressemblent à d'autres mais quand on les goûte cela n'a rien à voir: la texture, le moelleux et le croquant à la fois, le choix des bons produits pour les garnitures, tout est parfait. Merci à toute l'équipe et surtout ne changez rien (pas même la déco). Nous reviendrons.

Kaikki toimi hienosti, varasin pöydän netissä. Tarjoilut tulivat pöytään hyvällä aikataululla, ateria oli maittava ja hinta hyvin kohtuullinen. Aterioimme ravintolan yläkerrassa, nettiyhteys ei toiminut siellä. Siisti ravintola ja ystävällinen palvelu. Ja onhan kyseessä traditionaalinen pizzeria jota ei voi jättää väliin jos vierailee Napolissa.

Although the restaurant's atmosphere was quite cosy and the food quite good, the attitude of some of the staff was arrogant and patronising. Considering that we had made the reservation based on a personal recommendation, this spoiled our experience. Please think about this: in order to have a nice meal, I can visit a friend's house or buy the ingredients and cook myself. But I go to a restaurant to avoid that work, relax and eat well in good company. Accordingly, I expect the same good manners as at home, based on a mutual respect between guests and staff. However, when staff are arrogant, trying to show off and patronise the guests, even when they have made it plain they do not appreciate this, staff should know better than to persist. Had I been alone, I would have walked out. As things stand, I shall not return until I am assured of radical improvement.

Were placed in an uninviting empty room on the 1st floor. Overly present, not particularly friendly waiter, very mediocre pizza. Bottle of red wine was good. Not recommended as far as we are concerned.

My husband and I shared a caprese salad that was so delicious, the biggest tomatoes! My husband had the paparadelle with porcini mushrooms and I had a spaghetti that had tomatoes, olives, capers. I can’t remember the name but both pastas were so fresh and hot when served. And the red wine the waiter suggested was perfect. We had a very enjoyable dinner. Service was great and price was reasonable.

El sitio es bonito y parece bueno pero el servicio y la comida terribles. Le sirvieron a mi madre una parmiggiana de berenjena con olor y sabor a quemado, estaba fría y con pinta de estar hecha d e hace horas. Casi 40 minutos después llegó la pizza que yo había probado, para mi sorpresa no llevaba tomate de base y en su lugar le habían puesto tomates cherri, un detalle que me habría dado igual si la mozzarella de búfala que indicaba que llevaba no hubiese sido prácticamente de plástico, jamás había comido una tan mala. En resumen 27€ por dos platos malísimos y un agua y una Coca Cola. Además en el momento que le comentamos al chico que olía a quemado el plato nos dijo que imposible que eso era el olor a la berenjena, cosa que no es así ( había restos de trozos muy quemados que no habían podido quitar) y al preguntar por mi pizza por no llegar nos decían todo el rato que tranquilas que ya la traían. El servicio pésimo y la comida peor. Seguro que no volvemos.

Das Essen war mittelmäßig, die Karte viel zu voll. Der Kellner war sehr aufdringlich und hat uns als Gäste viel zu viel angefasst. Ich komme nicht wieder und empfehle es auch nicht weiter.
