Immer frisch, interessant, kreativ! Schnelle, kompetente Bedienung (ohne Eile), geeignet sowohl für ein paar Kunden als auch für grössere Gesellschaften. Es handelt sich um ein dynamischer Traditionsrestaurant.
Excellent food. Great service in a nice location. The roasted bass was top notch and the cacao, pepe, e chicory was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome.
Food was delicious and the owner, Paolo and his staff were wonderful. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and family when they visit Roma.
We dined at Antica Trattoria Polese twice, and the first experience was much better than the second. My daughter and I ate there, and a week later we returned with my husband and son. Both times the food was delicious, though the house wine was terrible. We ordered a lot of food for the first meal, and chose "non-touristy" foods, and the bill held no surprises. However, for the second meal, with twice as much food, we were very surprised to have several additional service charges added, and a request for a tip. This completely ruined our very favorable impression of this restaurant, and we cannot recommend it.
A friend recommended Antica Trattoria Polese to us, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the portions were large. The menu was so large that it took a while to decide what to order. The wine list has choices from all Italian districts. We plan to return with family soon.
Ambiente confortevole, servizio impeccabile, buonissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il ristorante è anche be arredato ed il luogo in cui si trova è al centro di Roma, in una piazza molto piacevole.

The clasical roman dishes especially the appetizers are really good. Service is friendly yet attemtive and the ambiance is chic and comfortable. Overall price quality ratio is quite high.
