L ACCOGLIENZA POCO SIMPATICA. cI HANNO PROPOSTO UN PESCE DEL GIORNO .la spigola . Non sembrava un filetto di spigola poi il prezzo ovviamente non indicato e ci è costato 35 euro a persona solamente per un filetto di pesce . In totale una fattura di 170 euro per 3 personne con solamente due primi 3 secondi e una bottiglia di vibo pesce Non raccomando per niente questo ristorante veramente troppo caro visto la qualita .

This is the second time visiting Babette and it did not disappoint! We had an amazing meal. Everything was perfect; food, wine, atmosphere and the service. We will definitely return again to this restaurant on our next visit to Rome.

Location e atmosfera carinissima! Accoglienza e ospitalità al top. Cibo ottimo e tempi perfetti per apprezzare la cena. Gentili, cordiali, professionali e mai invadenti. Cestino del pane buonissimo. Abbiamo apprezzato la zuppa piccante di gamberi e cozze e i ravioli ripieni di baccalà. Torta Babette da non perdere! Grazie davvero. Prima esperienza che ripeteremo sicuramente. Very charming restaurant in a beautiful street with excellent food and service. All the dishes have a unique touch, different from the other more touristic restaurants. Great wine list. Prices accordingly.

Babette provided a unique dining experience for our new year celebration. Each course was very well done and we enjoyed the live music as well.

Very good food, delicious and great service. Loved the feel of the restaurant, the waiters were very friendly. I liked the Muccha artwork in the stairs.

Stupenda location, in una delle vie più suggestive del centro storico di Roma. Cucina davvero buona ed un servizio puntuale e cortese. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto soprattutto per i secondi piatti, un po' meno sui dolci, seppur molto molto buoni.

A restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and fast, attentive and personable service. The Sunday lunch for which we dropped in was, at €28 for a large buffet of tasty starters and mains, plus mineral water, wine and excellent desert, very good value. It was a place and a meal that made us happy and which, if we were Romans, we'd be likely to make a regular event, very likely with friends.

Excellent food and service. One of the best restaurant in Rome. Try the cod ravioli and rack of lamb. Excellent dessert. The wine selection was also perfect and at a good price.

Everything was amazing! Staff very professional and friendly. The atmosphere especially on the courtyard is very nice and intimate. And the food...excellent! I will come back soonest posdible. I really recommend to everybody which want a super dinner!

Very good. Booked Babette for our friends' first night in Rome after pre-dinner drinks in Hotel de Russie courtyard just round the corner - a lovely introduction for them. The location is perfect, near Piazza del Popolo but off the main road in Via Margutta, so it was quiet enough to chat easily, and away from traffic. Charming staff and good food.

Nice restaurant and great hospitality by the owner and her team. Price for some dishes are bit overrated but this is balancing the good prices for some excellent wines. Overall good!

Lovely meal in nice courtyard setting would recommend to anyone looking for a decent meal in central Rome. Being relatively close to the Spanish steps as well makes it easy to find

The great reviews are true! I travel quite a lot, and I had one of the best meals ever at Babette: We were going to order an appetizer and a salad, along with our entrees, which the server advised would be "too much food" (when has that ever happened?). We had the Babette salad to share and it was plenty for 2 of us, and delicious! For entrees we had the pork loin dish and the veal Wellington with truffles. Each was so, so full of flavor and done perfectly. We were seated in the courtyard, which was like a private paradise! The wine list was very reasonable, and while some reviews listed the price for the meal as expensive, we found the price to also be reasonable in total. Our desserts were equally as wonderful! The service was impeccable, and the staff is very caring. Magnificent! Grazie!

Impressive presentation of the food in a elegant outdoor venue. I was very impressed with the use of spices. The baccala ravioli with a sauce of vongole and curry spices was a dish made for heaven.

Un eccellente esperienza, con un rapporto costo / livello di ristorazione eccellente ( o forse di più !!!!! ). Posizione sorprendente e facile da raggiungere, anche se in pieno centro, Ambiente avvolgente e personale gentilissimo e professionale ..... con consigli su cibo e vini perfetti !!! La Cucina e' ottima, il personale cortese e attento anche quando il locale è affollato, lo spazio esterno molto gradevole, esperienza da ripetere senza dubbio!

Bellissima location, buon servizio e qualita' eccellente della cucina. I piatti sono semplici ma nello stesso tempo molto originali. Cestino di pane fatto in casa semplicemente delizioso!

The whole family enjoyed lunch. The local is lovely, the quality of the food excellent and the service very attentive. It was our first trip to Rome and I can not think of a better way to complement our visit to the wonderful monuments than with our meal at Babette. Thanks!

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, buona accoglienza competenza e cortesia del personale, locali confortevoli e con un " taglio" da Amarcord, menù vario e lista vini della zona con presenza di Brand nazionale.

Le brunch y est parfait! La torta Babette inimitable est toujours aussi délicieuse. L'accueil est toujours très chaleureux. Manger au soleil dans la petite cour est très agréable.

Très bonne cuisine, raffinée et originale, ambiance cosy, personnel parfait, jusqu'à l'arrivée d'un groupe très (trop) bruyant peu assorti à ce genre d'endroit. le personnel est resté très professionnel, mais le niveau de bruit était devenu assez déplaisant.

Ogni volta che andiamo da Babette è tutto prefetto: il cibo, il servizio e la cortesia sono sempre impeccabili. E' una esperienza estatica in cui tutto è sempre perfetto e non delude mai le aspettative

Favaloso! My friends and I from Ireland and England had a super Sunday lunch which was the buffet and it was superb! We will definitely visit again! Grazie!!

Un po troppo trendy, ma il servizio é stato molto buono. La cena era buona, ma non spettacolare como pensano. La creatività non funciona sempre... Ma il tiramisu al cioccolato vale il viaggio.

Ottimo cibo, adeguato vino anche al bicchiere, squisita cortesia di proprietaria e personale. Un po caro ad esempio cestino del pane per una persona sola fatto comunque pagare. Comunque da andarci

Excellent repas, tous les plats étaient délicieux. Service impeccable et attentionné. Très belle salle à manger avec beaucoup d'ambiance. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Vin mousseux offert pour l'anniversaire d'un des nôtres, bien apprécié.

Ristorante molto carino e accogliente, dagli arredamenti alternativi ma piacevoli alla vista. Abbiamo preso un primo e un secondo, molto appetitosi e presentati comunque in maniera simpatica. Per finire, ottimo giudizio sulla torta Babette!

Best food we've had in Rome. Perfect from the start to the end. The waiters were always friendly and helpful and the sommelier made an excellent wine recommendation. The food was fantastic as was the dessert. Establishment is clean and the courtyard picturesque. Finally, it is not cheap but the value for money is great.
