The service is flawless: attentive without hovering, kind, and remarkably professional. And the food—did I mention the food is AMAZING? Every plate is crafted with care and bursting with honest, vibrant flavor. I tried the tasting menu and it was extraordinary from start to finish, a thoughtful progression of courses that showcased real culinary skill and heart. The value is excellent, the service impeccable, and the food unforgettable. Hostaria La Tradizione has become my favorite restaurant—an easy 5/5.
