We’ve returned to this amazing restaurant on each our trips to Rome. The food is spectacular , we had the seafood crisp, spaghetti with clams and the saltimboca. The service was polite and attentive and timing was just right. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Service was very slow. Had to ask for oil and vinegar for salad and vinegar was in a spray bottle. Lasagna was served as a soup in a bowl. Beef was so much grizzle it was impossible to chew. Worst meal in Rome.

10/10!!! Don’t let it close proximity to the pantheon fool you, this is no tourist trap. This is authentic Roman food cooked at a gourmet level. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and our waiter was one of the nicest people I encountered in Italy. I only wish I lived in Rome to become a regular.

The meals were good and the service was nice but it was obvious that the restaurant was understaffed and that the staff was overworked and small services mistakes got accumulated. We went to this place also in early May - at the beginning of the main tourist season - and we had an amazing experience being served by the very same people but there were fewer clients so the ratio waiter per table was way higher and the waiters took more time to discuss with clients, but were also more efficient. Our amazing experience in May was the reason we went back a few days ago - at the end of the main summer season - and the difference was striking. The spaghetti alla vongole were also tastier in May, so I think that this must be the case also for the chefs.
