11 out of 10. A gem of a local restaurant. Six tables inside and four outside. Contemporary menu based on exquisite homemade pasta. We had the sautéed mussels and trilogy of seafood to start. Maximillian recommended the perfect wine -- a Lazio Malvasia. Dry but complemented the seafood flavors perfectly. Next came the fettuccini alla bolognese and spaghetti cacio e pepe. Delicate flavors combined with the freshest homemade pasta -- al dente, of course. Finally, tiramisu. Nothing else to say except best I've ever had. Light, creamy, bellisimo. All followed by espresso and obligatory limoncello (or two or three). And it was exceptionally good value. The perfect end to a two day Roman holiday.
