Amazing food, top notch service, definitely Michelin star level. We sat at the Chef’s table and had the best experience.

Casa Mele is an excellent experience all around. Go early and go often. I recommend a tasting menu. Let the superb chefs guide your experience.

We were seated promptly in accordance with our reservation. After a bit of a blip the service was very good. Although portions are not large the food is of the highest quality and is excellent/ outstanding, innovative, fresh, tasty, well presented. The restaurant is easy to find. The modern decor is quite charming. It is my view that this is the best restaurant in Positano.

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and we had the most incredible food of our entire honeymoon. The chefs are truly talented and deserve a Michelin star. My husband would not stop talking about the pork dish for the rest of our trip. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in Positano!

The food was fantastic. We made reservations the day before to eat Friday night. We ended up getting 6 plates in total and they were all great. Scallops, beef tartare with truffle (amazing, the anchovy mayonnaise makes the dish), paccheri seafood(big portion), bottoni, amberjack, and pork secreto. The waitstaff was wonderful, attentive and explained everything. We were even treated to an extra dessert at the end. I highly recommend this place! It’s only a few more euros than the surrounding restaurants and their quality is far better than other places.

We arrived during an electricity outage across Positano and were greeted with glasses of Prosecco. They arranged dinner at their sister restaurant and then the power returned and what an amazing feast of good. If you are in Positano or near just go to!

Casa Mele was the perfect way to end our trip in Positano. It was one of our favorite meals and we will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone. Every dish was perfectly crafted. We had the seared scallops as a starter, seafood pasta and the shrimp ravioli for our first course, and the lamb for our second course. Everything was perfectly prepared and we capped it off with the lemon delight dessert. They also brought out a small bite from the chef when we sat down, lemon sorbet as a palate cleanser, and chocolate ice cream balls for my wife’s birthday. I can’t wait to go back and would highly recommend it to anyone in Positano area.

We ordered the most expensive tasting menu for €100pp, which doesn’t tell you what you will receive but asks you to ‘trust them’. The food itself was great, but overall the experience was disappointing because 6 of the 7 dishes were seafood, and of those 6 dishes, 5 were fish. We thought the tasting menu would be the best reflection of what the kitchen had to offer, but we’re left disappointed due to the lack of variation. We were left with serious food envy seeing what other diners were getting and regretted getting the tasting menu. The staff were lovely. 2 dishes were superb, 4 were good and one was a bit below par for what we expected from this venue.

Exciting, flavorful dishes for an excellent value. Chef prepares interesting combinations that allow the incredibly fresh ingredients to shine through. We think this restaurant was better than more expensive restaurants in the area. A must do in Positano!! Deserving of a Michelin Star.
