Piatti ben curati e pietanze fresche, molto buone Prezzo nella norma
Ottima esperienza al Quantum. Pesce freschissimo, preparazioni innovative e ambiente raffinato ma accogliente. Cuochi giovani che meritano un applauso. Tornerò sicuramente
abbiamo cenato in due con piatti molto piacevoli sia come gusto che come estetica. bravi. anche le quantità ed il prezzo sono state adeguati. solo l'antipasto misto della casa era leggermente scarno. complessivamente più che positivo e ci torneremo.
Rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa, c'è voglia di stupire e fare cose belle e buone. C'è cura nella preparazione delle materie prime.Torneremo sicuramente.
