Ottimo cibo e soprattutto eccellente attenzione per i celiaci. Unica cosa migliorabile la varietà di dolci senza glutine, comunque presenti.

Abbiamo cenato per il nostro anniversario nella sala più grande che era poco affollata, i camerieri sono stati molto gentili e non invadenti. Abbiamo scelto piatti di pesce tipici veneziani e non siamo stati delusi. In omaggio abbiamo avuto un aperitivo analcolico e delle squisite frittelle visto il periodo di Carnevale. Torneremo

Very traditional place, with amazing waiters and a unbeliable vine cave.

We had dinner here during our stay in Venice. The food was very average and didn’t particularly stand out, though the welcome drinks were a kind and appreciated gesture. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the condition of the toilets, they clearly needed cleaning, and the unpleasant smell carried through into the restaurant, which was hard to ignore. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wouldn’t be a top recommendation for us when visiting Venice again.

Moustafa, our waiter, was fantastic. Our food, starting with oysters, and moving to the tagliolini with mushrooms and white truffle, moving to the grilled white fish of the day, ending with the tiramisù, were all wonderful and memorable. Can't come back often, as we live in Iowa.

Great atmosphere, friendly but not obtrusive staff. Loved all of the food, especially the spider crab salad and pasta with mushrooms.

We had the most superb time. Old school Venice at its best. Service was very attentive, food was delicious, we felt very special and will remember it for a long time.

The food was good and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only thing that changed our experience came when the bill arrived. The waiter mentioned that no service charges were added and that leaving a tip would be appreciated. We planned to comply until we noticed that we had been charged for water (5 euro) and 2 non alcoholic drinks that were brought to the table when we sat down were 10 euro (we didn’t ask for them and we were definitely given the impression they were complimentary). Our tab was substantial (over 200 euros), so we left a small tip with the understanding that an extra 15 euros had already been added. A disappointing end to our evening.

Ristorante di antica tradizione che conserva un adeguato livello di accoglienza. Servizio premuroso. Ottima la frittura di pesce e verdure, gustoso e ben preparato il risotto al nero di seppia (forse migliorabile la qualità del riso). Apprezzabile anche la crostata di fichi. Prezzi in linea con il livello del locale.

Siamo stati oggi al ristorante Vecia Cavana con un gruppo di sette persone, tra cui alcuni colleghi in arrivo da Dubai per visitare Venezia con cui dovevamo fare un lunch. Cercavamo un posto autentico per un pranzo di lavoro e siamo rimasti molto molto soddisfatti! Il cibo è di qualità eccelsa: pesce freschissimo, piatti curati e sapori autentici della tradizione veneziana. I prezzi sono corretti, soprattutto considerando che siamo nel cuore di Venezia e che la qualità è davvero alta. Un ringraziamento speciale a Dorino, il titolare, una persona squisita, accogliente e genuina, che sa come far sentire i clienti a casa. Sempre pronto a scambiare due parole e a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Questo non è assolutamente un ristorante acchiappa-turisti, ma un posto dove gustare la vera cucina veneziana in un ambiente confortevole, rilassato e alla mano. Consigliatissimo – ci torneremo sicuramente!

We went on a tour to Murano and are boat broke down. This cause us to miss reservation. They were very understanding and treat us as first class customers. Antonio was are waiter and was a pleasure. The food was a amazing. We are on are third day and it was the best meal we have had. Could not have been a better experience.

The food was delicious. We were a party of 5 and ordered a variety of items all made with great delicacy. 2 people in our party were gluten free and 1 dairy free. Accommodations were made easily. Our waiter Nicola was amazing! Will definitely go back!
