A lovely local place to dine and experience Roman food. Host was very attentive and helped us with our choices. Both aperativos and Roman meatballs were very tasty.

Restaurant was very cozy and the food delicious. Every item came out relatively fast and the server was around often so we could grab his attention and request something.

We would Only be there for 45 Minutes…finally gave us a more Suitable Table..learning Italian as We in a language school…staff seemed Indifferent…all the English speakers We’re seated where the lights were too bright…..food fine…recommended by a top notch airbnb owner

Roberto and Omar were our wait staff and they are both knowledgeable and their personalities shined throughout the service! We were there 3 times last year and we certainly looked forward to this visit. It was just as good. We started with: Vitello Tonnato , based on 1-5 we would give it a 10+ Stars. We have had this several times in different restaurants BUT this was the best ever. Tartare di Passona, The chef blended the garnishes and it was a happy marriage of flavors. 5 Stars We shared speghetti with their house marinada. Perfectly cooked pasta and a flavorful sauce. 4 Stars And: Friggitelli frittata (fried green peppers with mustard mayo) 5 Stars We shared a glass of white wine and a bottle of red. Wonderful visit. Sat outside on a table with 3 others. Service was spot on, food and wine recommendations didn’t disappoint. Final bill for a fantastic meal in a gorgeous part of Rome only 130€. This is an absolute hidden gem and was recommended to us by a local.
