We are from Buffalo, NY. I booked this restaurant for my wife and me for my 75th birthday. She and I are major "foodies," and she is an outstanding amateur chef in her own right. Our two-week trip to Sicily was constructed around this reservation. We had the 7-course tasting menu with the premium wine selection. From start to finish it was "absolute perfection" (my wife's words). From the sculptured butter to the Sicilian cassata cake, it was an experience I will always treasure. The tasting menu was amazing. The food was so delicious and beautifully presented. I was disappointed with the Cremant that was recommended. I couldn't drink it as the aftertaste was too strong and it was not dry as I had asked. I have had a lot of various Cremant previously and never had one taste like this. So overall we loved our experience apart from the bottle of Cremant. The waiting staff were very attentive and efficient.

Probably the best meal I have ever had. Get the tasting menu, each dish is absolutely incredible. The service was also fantastic, I cannot recommend St George enough! We went for our anniversary and I asked for a nice view, and they gave us a view overlooking the bay. It was truly a special evening which I will never forget. Thank you St George!
