The visit was horrendous. We had to navigate to a seat ourselves. It took 25 minutes for a waiter to take our order. When we were done eating, it took another 30 minutes to just get attention to get the bill. Food was ok but not worth the pain of this awful service

Upon making the reservation, I added a very clear note about how it was my wife's birthday and that I wanted to make it special. They clearly did not even read that booking information and made no acknowledgment. The menu on their own website is not the same as what is offered at the table. The menu given at the table has fewer dishes on it, less range of options, and is priceier.

Beautiful terrace, with views to Ponte Vecchio and the Dumo. Very good service and enjoyable food.

Buon Giorno, in questo ristorante ci siamo trovati proprio bn. E' stata per noi la prima volta e sinceramente entrare da un albergo è stato molto emozionante. Cibi Ottimi sono stati fantastici. Panorama mozzafiato e vedere Firenze da lassù è tutto un'altra cosa: poi Firenze è Firenze si sa.
