We had a wonderful outdoor tasting experience. We sat outdoors in sunshine and enjoyed every moment. When in Rome this is a must visit location. Great staff and service Frank and Terri Murphy Cork Ireland

This place was amazing! The servers were kind and spoke English. When they saw our plates empty- or the water jug empty, they came to ask how it was and if we would like anything else, but otherwise didn’t bother us. The food was divine. My husband and I each had a pasta and split a meat dish and split a dessert. The portion sizes were great for us that way, we hadn’t been terribly hungry waking in, if we had been, we each would have gotten our own and been perfectly fine. The taste from each of our dishes was great. With our pasta dishes, they even brought out a small side plate of the other person’s pasta choice for us to have the chance to try. This is honestly our best experience before in a restaurant, we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

There was a bad smell of toilet in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and the food was tasty. However, the style of the restaurant was really not of our liking. There were no Italians but only tourists.

This was a great restaurant and waiter/ sommelier. We had recently arrived in Rome 4 hours before after a long flight. This place was perfect for us. We’ll probably go back bf we leave.

Great food, ambience, service, and was great noise level until screaming child was seated next to us in a nearly empty dining area with parents doing nothing to control him. The restaurant even provided a couple of small dishes at no extra cost. I would definitely come back.

Food was great !!! My only complaint was that we did the tasting and the dishes weren’t explained as served! After the last plate we have to wait unattended for about 15 min! If asked I would have had another vintage port, which BTW the one I had was great!!

What a great place! Wonderful friendly staff and the food was spectacular! Carbonara with Truffle, rack of lamb,duck ragu tortellini were all exquisite Cheese board was something else. I have had many cheeseboards but this was spectacular. I have been to Rome a few times and unlike France I have never been disappointed but this was something truly special

Slightly unique take on Italian food. Amberjack starter was very nice. Also has the seared tuna which was perfectly done for me. Although I do like sushi I don’t like it when they barely sear tuna Here they seared it so 1/3rd was noticeably cooked which I personally like. The ambiance and service were both very good and the walk there from trastevere was beautiful with an incredible view by a gorgeous fountain. Great 15 minute walk from our hotel.

My sister and I did the tasting menu experience here and it was our favorite meal of our entire trip in Italy! The portion sizes were perfect, and the variety of foods to taste was so fun. The service was really really great, and we will definitely be back if we ever get to come back to Italy!

Best meal we have ever had in Rome- no contest and we’ve eaten in quite a few highly rated places. The tasting menu was perfect from delicate fish to hearty beef and everything in between. Flavors are well balanced and dishes are creative without being strange. Service is attentive yet unobtrusive and the ambiance is warm yet refined. Terrific.

Superb experience! Amazing food! I loved the attention to details when it comes to the presentation of the food. Also the whole place is so harmonious. The waiters were the best ones so far in Rome- lovely, courteous young men - so polite - INCREDIBLE!!!! We will be back for sure! Thank you.

Cortesia e disponibilità. Richiesta extra-menu (carbonara senza tartufo con pasta ben cotta) soddisfatta senza problemi. Tempi di attesa giusti, anche se in un certo momento il locale ha cominciato ad affollarsi e ci si poteva ragionevolmente aspettare un accorciamento. Grazie e a presto!

I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday dinner and my last meal in Rome. I didn’t like my salmon appetizer dish. I thought it was way too salty but the rest of the food were very good. The service was great. All staff were very nice and friendly.

Siamo stati a questo ristorante per il compleanno del mio ragazzo e il cibo è stato molto buono. Peccato che stessimo in un punto di passaggio ma comunque servizio ottimo e cibo molto buono. Consiglio sicuramente! PS nella degustazione al posto della carbonara di tartufo avrei preferito una pietanza più ricercata adatta al resto del menù ma era comunque deliziosa!

We were so looking forward to our second visit and unfortunately the magic could not be repeated. The food was delicious but the earnest young wait staff rush around like deer caught in the headlights. Most don't speak English so don't ask any questions. They have to stick to the script. The evening was fine just not special.

The cafe dinning experience a la carte Italia was really I dined outside but service was still attentive. Host has a good personality and customers are greeted very well. A more open restaurant would be a success with Antico Arci. I enjoyed the Pietro beef and sparkling water to start and the chef's delitesten of large prawn. I don't like white fish but I tried it anyway it's very salty and I do prefer Codfish. My meal choice was purely decided because choosing food delicately from other country is Difficult due to pasta intake I am more rice and couscous with vegetables ofcourse meat particularily beef dishes are and should be a choice for me. Vegetables are important. Adjusting to Italian food preferably non pasta dishes is hard when the meat in those dishes is so blessed with flavours.

We had a lovely meal…delicious food…portions perfect….great recommendations re local Lazio wines….rediscovered Frascati, which was a pleasure. We were right upstairs and the only ones to start with when we arrived at 7.30ish…so a little lacking in atmosphere, until a few more bodies pitched up. Next time I am in Rome I will definitely visit and ask for a table downstairs. Waiters lovely and discreet.
