Abbiamo cenato all'interno del locale e ci siamo trovati bene: ambiente accogliente, ordinato e pulito. Ho scelto questo locale che mi hanno consigliato; a loro volta si sono trovati bene. Devo dire di aver fatto un'ottima scelta. Abbiamo mangiato antipasto e primi, che sono stati veramente speciali e ottimi... Amatriciana e una crema succulenta. Torneremo sicuramente.

Our usual spot in Trastevere, fourth year in a row. Always good and never disappoints. Great food in a small piazza tucked away from the Trastevere craziness. Will be back next year!

It’s ok to say any given restaurant was the best meal you had in Italy, but you can only say it once. For me, this was that place. Dar Sor Olimpio al Drago is tucked into a charming, understated plaza in Trastevere. We sat outside in front of the ivy-covered wall, served by a warm and hospitable gentleman who made the evening feel special. We started with the cacio e pepe, perfectly al dente, with cheese and pepper in flawless balance. Then came an incredible baked salmon with two exquisite sauces, followed by what I can only describe as The Most Delicious Meatballs on Earth. They were so delicate they melted in your mouth, seriously unforgettable. We paired everything with a fennel and citrus salad and two glasses of the house wine. This restaurant should be on everyone’s must visit list.

The food was fantastic! I had a double apetizer portion of Octopus. The sauce was the best that I've ever had. Prices are reasonable.

Ottimo ristorante nella parte un po' meno turistica di Trastevere, perfetto se si vuole assaggiare qualche piatto tipico della tradizione romana, o qualche piatto di cucina contemporanea dagli abbinamenti originali. Il locale è arredato tradizionalmente e con gusto; non ci sono molti coperti, quindi consiglio la prenotazione. Anche il servizio è molto professionale e cortese, si respira un'atmosfera piacevole e informale.

la qualità dei piatti "romani", a me personalmente non è piaciuta.

Fantastisch gegeten en geweldige service! Naast mij zat een tafel met mensen die speciaal een hotel hebben geboekt naast het restaurant omdat ze per se hier nog eens wilden eten. Aan het einde van de avond snapte ik dat volledig. De volgende keer Rome kom ik ook zeker terug en hopelijk zijn dezelfde vriendelijke gastheren er dan ook weer!

We had a wonderful experience here. So much better than some other restaurants that have equal or higher ratings but end up being less. Their strozapretti with mushroom/ truffle alone is probably worth the trip. Their octopus in appetizer and meatballs as entree are also wonderful. The staffs are genuinely welcoming and gracious with their service.
