Siamo stati a cena in 4 persone. Servizio ottimo, accorto ma non invadente, i camerieri tutti molto gentili. I piatti molto buoni con prodotti freschi, piatti tradizionali ma con un tocco innovativo. Ambiente giovane, curato ma informale. Il conto in linea per la qualità dei prodotti scelti e per il vino. Siamo stati stati molto bene lo consigliamo e se ricapitiamo a Venezia ci torniamo anche noi.

Tutto ottimo. Gentilissimi, professionali. Ottimi piatti, ottime materie prime. Ben presentati. Consigliato soprattutto per coppie.

Authentische gute venezianische Küche auf hohem Niveau. Das Antipasto di Pesce ist ein Muss. Freundlich angenehmer Service. Gute Weine. Wir besuchen das Ristorante jedes Mal, wenn wir in Venezia sind. Schade, dass es nicht in Köln ist. Dann wären wir öfters dort.

We loved Impronta. We decided to make a reservation after walking by the night before and we are glad we did. The food was exquisite, best we had in Venice. Plus the service was fantastic. We were impressed how two people managed the floor and never did we wait long or want for anything.

We had an amazing dinner. The staff were very attentive and the food and presentation mouth and eye watering. Combination of flavours and textures was great and obviously the eye was pleased with the presentation

Very inventive menu. Food was amazing…had the red onion ice cream with the creamed fish over polenta and pasta with saffron sauce and cuttlefish. Highly recommend both!

We were early and table wasn’t ready, staff were very accommodating and offered us Prosecco while we waited. The menu was contemporary twists on Venetian classics, the food was excellent across the wide range we ate. Service was great throughout and prices were good for the high standard provided. Thanks

Pasta was cooked perfectly. We both had the squid ink pasta dish. Tiramisu was also very good. Recommended white wine pairing by the glass was also very good.

Hervorragende Cuisine in einem angenehm entspannten Ambiente mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Auch das Timing zwischen den - exquisiten - Gängen stimmte. Die Weine sind gerade für italienische Verhältnisse vielleicht eine Spur zu hochpreisig, dafür ist die Auswahl groß. Insgesamt ein Ort, an dem man sich ganz dem Genuss hingeben kann. Complimenti!
