They had little patience when I asked for menu advice, which seems strange for a small half-full place where every table had tourists. I had panzanella, their signature Roman tripe, and chicken Cacciatore. The chicken is a stewed dish, but they managed to make it dry and string. The tastiest part of the three dishes was the fresh sliced tomato. They agreed to substitute salad for the potatoes that went with the chicken, but then insisted on charging me for both. I wonder how this place got a nod from Michelin with this quality of food. Clearly the place is focused on wine sales. Maybe in Italy Michelin is something different than elsewhere I've been.

Parecía que no sabían de mi reservación. No es un menú ampli pero lo que ofrecen es riquísimo. Son muy atentos y pacientes. La pasta cacio pepe al dente se saborean ingredientes de calidad y un buen sazón. La tripa rica pero había algo que no terminaban de cuadrar para darle un 10. Olvidaron que se llevaron mi cuchillo y no trajeron otro. Ésta cocina necesita una mejor ubicación ya que en general les doy un 8.5/10

Dat dit restaurant door gaumont een goede beoordeling krijgt, niet te begrijpen. Zaal personeel totaal geen kennis van het vak , zelf naar het arrogant toe. Het eten was niet lekker. Voorgerecht was geserveerd zoals je een croquettes uit een muur in Nederland haalt. Bij de hoofdschotel was de pasta niet gaar ( toch een basis en basic produkt ) en veel te zout , moesten de artisjokken gaan zoeken . De wijn was het enigste dat aan kennis en kwaliteit kon tippen. Was lang geleden dat ik me zo vergist heb in de keuze van het restaurant.

I was expecting a more diverse menu but what we ordered was delicious. The service is very rude, being a restaurant with a Michelin recommendation, they must know that they are going to receive people from all over the world and treat them with cordiality.

Typical Osteria, very nice host team! Great support with choices of food and wine. Very long list of wines from the region. Food overall relatively flat and un inmventive. Even considering that there was some local tradition fedding into the dishes not tasty. On this night very far from any Michelin ambition

We ordered two side salads, two pastas, and two main entries. They brought us the salads as starters and we had to wait around 40 min to get our pastas on the table. The same happened with the table next to us. The food saved the night. Great as always. Maybe they just need more staff. They were only two people cooking and two people serving and although is a small restaurant it was full there were no empty tables.

Generally a nice restaurant, however the food was a little disappointing.

We showed up a little earlier than our reservation time, however, the owners were kind enough to accommodate us and allowed us to sit down prior to them opening. Food was great and service was good. Definitely recommend. Also, try asking for the local menu.
