Since we were in town, Tony set us up with free transportation to the restaurant, which was so nice! The food was amazing and Tony was even more amazing! Such hospitality and care and brought out special things from the chef. Highly recommend!

Fantastic view; great food; great wine selection; great service; very reasonable prices. I had Insalata Fruitta di Mare, pasta with friutta di mare and grilled calamari paired with Fiano di Avilino wine .... All were EXCELLENT!

We are from Canada and many different friends and other people had recommanded this place. Very great food, good taste, great service, and they send a shutle came to pick us up. Can you imagine? Ristorante con una vista stupenda! Abbiamo assaggiato primi piatti (risotto alla pescatora, spaghetti a vongole, gnocchi alla sorrentina) e dolci ed era tutto molto buono. Il personale è gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

Essen sehr lecker. Bedienung zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich. Das ganze wird noch von einer wirklich grandiosen Aussicht getoppt. Preise absolut angemessen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend!

Young waiter was impatient and didn't seem to want to be there. Sea food (muscles and clams) were tiny and some not open (not edible). Food generally OK and comparable in cost to other places nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views!! We watched the sunset in two sides; sea views to remember! And good food; lovely salad and pizza. We would recommend to both families and couples.

Stumbled into Ristorante il Borgo on a visit to Sorrento in 2011. Visiting Sorrento in May 2017 with friends and family who's visits were their first. Made reservations via email before we departed the California. Confirmed when we arrived in Sorrento. Restaurant provides a vehicle and picked 6 of us up at our hotel and drove to the restaurant - no charge but you damn better tip the driver especially if you're from the US; don't make us look bad. The view from the restaurant is amazing! Meals are good to great and ample; prices are reasonable. Enjoying the view and company for over 2 hours, drinks, house wine, meals, and dessert, our tab was approximately 40 euro per person including a 20% tip. The view is worth that.
