Leider waren die Nudeln überhaupt nicht lecker…. Das kennen wir aus Italien anders … Alles ohne Geschmack . Die Bedienung war aber sehr freundlich

Sono in vacanza a Catania e una sera, passeggiando per via Crociferi, mi sono imbattuta in questo ristorantino dal profumo irresistibile: Spaghetti & Co.. Devo dire che è stata una delle migliori scelte della vacanza! L’atmosfera è accogliente e autentica, il personale gentilissimo e sempre col sorriso, ma soprattutto… la pasta è davvero eccezionale. Tutta fresca, fatta a mano ogni giorno, e si sente! Io ho preso le tagliatelle al pistacchio e gamberi, cremose e perfettamente bilanciate, mentre mio marito ha scelto gli spaghetti alla norma: un trionfo di melanzane e ricotta salata, da manuale. Mi è piaciuto anche che non fosse il solito locale turistico: qui si respira la vera cucina siciliana, fatta con passione e ingredienti genuini. Prezzi onesti e porzioni generose. Se passate da Catania e amate la pasta, non potete perdervelo. È uno di quei posti che ti fanno venir voglia di tornare al sud più spesso! 😊

Everything tastes homemade — fresh pasta, delicious sauces, and incredible flavors that feel truly authentic. I had the Pasta alla Norma and it was simply perfect — creamy, rich, and full of flavor. My partner tried one of their daily specials and couldn’t stop talking about it! You can tell everything is made with passion and care. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has such a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. It really feels like you’re eating at a local Sicilian home. If you love pasta, don’t miss Spaghetti & Co. It’s the kind of place that makes you fall in love with Italian food all over again! ❤️🍝
