Tuvimos un problema ya que al mozo se le cayó un trago en la espalda de mi mujer. Pero luego la atención fue genial y tuvieron la cortesía de que no pagáramos nada. Los tragos geniales.

Service was nice, however, it is a scam. Although you have a view of the Coloseum the view is not worth the price. I enjoyed the cocktails they served, however, you are not guaranteed a good view as seen on social media. This was not mentioned in the booking form. It’s basically first in best dressed. I would have had a better view eating on the road adjacent to the coliseum. Also, the complimentary food you are offered is not worth it - we just had 2 tiny pieces of pizza each with some olives, chips and almonds to snack on. I recommend saving your money and going somewhere else that would be more worthwhile your money. We had to go else where for a proper feed after.

J’étais déjà venue à The Court l’an dernier et j’avais payé uniquement le prix indiqué pour mes cocktails (27 € chacun à l’époque). Cette fois-ci, grosse surprise : on nous a demandé de payer 110 € pour deux cocktails, soit 54 € chacun, car il existerait désormais une “nouvelle politique” tarifaire. personne ne nous avait informés avant la commande. Je ne pense pas que les clients, surtout ceux qui réservent de l’étranger, vont aller lire en détail la politique du bar. Nous venons de France et mon amie était ravie de découvrir ce lieu, mais nous avons finalement été déçues. Nous avons demandé un geste commercial exceptionnel puisque nous n’étions pas au courant et de payer uniquement ce qu’on a consommé, mais le responsable a refusé. Résultat : 110 € pour deux cocktails qui devraient coûter 27 € chacun. Pour un établissement de ce standing, c’est dommage : les clients devraient être informés clairement des changements de politique avant de consommer.

Estafa para turistas. Te exigen que hagas dos cócteles por persona (cada uno de mínimo 27€). Te lo venden como terraza y es un bar en planta baja. Horrible experiencia.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place deserves it. From the moment we arrived, the hostess at the entrance was visibly unfriendly and dismissive. Our server was equally rude throughout the evening. What shocked us the most was the hidden minimum charge: we were told at the door that we “just had to order two drinks,” but nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that this meant a minimum spend of €55 per person. We only found out when we received the bill. Paying €55 per person for just two drinks, combined with the poor service and lack of transparency, made this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The host needs training. It was such a messy entry. Just messy and made everyone start on a shitty foot. Just check people in. Have us wait. Let folks in. Instead it was poor communication, a mixed bag of checking in, confusion. Very unprofessional under a guise of professionalism because the kid working kept calm. Calm but inept.

The woman outside who took our reservation was the most miserable, rude and unfriendly person we have ever had the misfortune to meet. When we were shown to our seats, I had previously emailed to advise that we were on our honeymoon and would love seats with the best view of the colosseum. I was so disappointed that we were sat in two low seats with a row of people sat on high seats in front of us, totally blocking our view! Why couldn’t we have been sat at those seats with a beautiful romantic view. Had we been, we would have stayed all evening and spent a lot of money. But we had our standard 4 cocktails - which were awful - and left. Absolutely dreadful experience. Will never return and will tell everyone we can to avoid this place.

The atmosphere is gorgeous. There is a two drink minimum and they’re pricey. However if you are in a relationship with someone who loves the history and gladiators like my husband it’s worth it! Staff were friendly, drinks were fast and yes there is a dress code policy that is clearly stated before arrival. I have nothing bad to say about the Court.

We arrived 10 minutes early and we were greeted and told to stand outside until our time slot, this ruined the vibe a little if I’m honest. We then waited outside for a further 15 mins while everyone was seated, people being seated that arrived after us. Once we finally got inside the experience was gorgeous, the cocktails and food were lovely. The start of the experience just completely ruined it for us and because of that we wouldn’t return.

Service was really bad, people at the hotel were not friendly and lacked proper communication.

The view is amazing. Nothing spectacular about the cocktails, we have 4 and we only liked 1, rest were normal. The waitress was kind, but she forgot to bring us more snacks when we asked.

Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e gentile. Tuttavia, ho trovato un po’ poco sensata la regola del locale che obbliga a ordinare due cocktail a persona: insieme portavano alcuni stuzzichini (olive non molto buone, patatine di qualità bassa, mentre le mandorle tostate erano davvero gustose). Avevamo la prenotazione alle 23:00, essendo l’unico orario disponibile, e avendo già cenato volevamo solo gustarci un drink ammirando la vista e facendo due chiacchiere. Alla fine ci è stata fatta un’eccezione, anche se il mio cocktail non mi è sembrato particolarmente buono, mentre il gin tonic del mio partner era ottimo. I cocktail costavano 27€, la birra (se non sbaglio) intorno ai 16-17€. Un po’ fastidioso il fatto di scoprire solo sul posto la regola dei due drink a testa, dato che non mi era stato comunicato via email. In ogni caso, il posto è fantastico e la vista davvero spettacolare.

It was wonderful yes it did rain but that didn’t stop anything. The staff were attentive. The host was very friendly. I’m happy I was able to make a reservation for the time I wanted. Great experience overall drinks were very tasty and the sunset overlooking the Colosseum was absolutely divine.

We had a wonderful time in this amazing setting however you need to be prepared to wait to be seated which eats into your time at the venue a little. For this level I wasn’t expecting to Que in the street when we had a booking! Also the cocktails as somewhat unique in style and flavour some more traditional offerings would be good. The snacks served with the drinks were amazing. Overall amazing quality and we had a fantastic experience.

Really enjoyed the time spend at the Bar. Can't wait to visit it again in the future.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views were stunning. Definitely recommend

we all know that you were paying for the view. But if you were spending €27 for one cocktail, it better be the best cocktail you’ve ever had, and it was not unfortunately. The two drink minimum also caught us by surprise as we were paying €115 in total for mid drinks and food - which was olives, nuts, and chips. Do not recommend unless you have the money to spend in Rome.

We were refused entry based on the dress code of ‘no open toe sports shoes’. My husband and I were dressed very well and much better than others we saw arriving. He wore a dress shirt with chino shorts and white Birkenstock sandals. Good to know these are sports shoes and he can wear them to football next week. Others arriving wearing t-shirts without collars and shorts. Had a great night at Royal Art Cafe instead. Avoid.

Poor selection of drinks and the service was very slow

We had an amazing time at the Court. We requested a good spot outside for a special occasion and they gave us the best spot with the view of the Colosseum right in front of us. The view at night is beautiful. The cocktails aren’t cheap (about 25 euros) but at least they are good and not cheap. We’re glad we visited this place during our trip.

Service was slow. Complimentary pizza was cold and it was almost an hour to get our 1st cocktail.

The view was pretty good - the service was very slow. Took us about 45 minutes before we got our first drink. But the drinks tasted amazing once they arrived! Cool atmosphere, definitely catered to tourists.

Didn’t like our seats asked to be moved was told the other seats were reserved! Girl next to us asked to be moved and was moved !

Such a beautiful location, since the beginning the hostes and the front desk agent are happy to help the tons of people interested in get a table. The appetizer quality is awesome and the staff is simple perfect. Highly recommended to anyone that want to have the best cocktail in Rome with the coliseum on the back ground

A lovely place to spend our last night in Roma. Expensive but an experience with very different cocktails available

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had a glass broken at our table which cut my legs. Wait staff did nothing and tried to still charge for drinks. Asked to speak to management and was told only one drink was comped and the rest would need to be paid for after bleeding in the restaurant for an hour and a half.

The views are incredible. From the moment we arrived we saw how the host turned 2 people away for not wearing the apropiarte attire (shorts). The cocktails were ok but the service was extremely slow. We had to flag our server down to order more cocktails. The cocktails are overpriced. I am sure there are other places where you can enjoy great views. I would not recommend.

The view was fantastic. We came as a party of 2 so managed to get a spot at the front of the colosseum as we were the first slot at 6pm. The cocktails were good, though some were very small for upwards of €25. The service was mostly friendly. The food that came as the aperitivo was lovely. If the presentation of the drinks was better and the size increased, it would be a complete 5 star review. You need more information in the cocktail menu - a lot of bars even just demonstrate on the menu what shape glass it is so you know what kind of drink to expect.

Una volta seduti al bar tutto bene, ma il servizio di accoglienza, pur formalmente gentile, è pessimo per via di assurde istruzioni dal management che la povera ragazza alla reception non può che eseguire. Siamo arrivati 15 minuti prima della presentazione e nonostante un caldo pazzesco all’esterno e la signora con me indossasse tacchi alti non c’è stato nulla da fare per convincerla a far accomodare almeno lei da sola nella hall dell’albergo per l’attesa. Niente. Tutti in fila fuori al caldo, neanche fossimo ragazzini che aspettano di entrare in discoteca . Pessimi
