Leider hat unser bisheriges Lieblingslokal extrem nachgelassen. Das betrifft sowohl das Service als auch die Qualität der Speisen. Das Essen war kalt, die Meeresfrüchte nicht frisch. Das Service besteht hauptsächlich aus un- bzw. angelerntem Personal - zwar bemüht, aber mehr auch nicht. Wir sind sehr traurig darüber, aber wir werden diese Lokal nicht mehr besuchen und auch nicht mehr empfehlen.

Arrived on time, no one to greet us at the entrance. Went to the coat room and the lady there sent us to the till, didn’t offer to take our coats. Then the man at the till tried to tell us we had to go to the coat room again. I explained she’d sent us in his direction. He then sat us down at a table for 2 just outside the kitchen , next to the till. Incredibly noisy, it felt like we were a nuisance to him more than customers. I think went to the bathroom and spotted 2 quieter tables for 2 that were empty / available. Our waiter said we couldn’t move more tables despite me pointing out the 2 available. He looked away, grunted and walked off to speak to a colleague before coming back and seeing we couldn’t move but we could wait for a table. (A reminder we had a reservation for 2.. we were not a walk in taking a chance). At this stage we should’ve upped and left but decided to order anyway. The Vongule was drowned in butter, oil and the clams shells were broken for the majority. It was absolutely awful. I ate mine out of hunger, my partner left hers. I asked for the bill , paid and left, again no one saying thank you / bye etc.. A truly awful experience that I would not recommend to anyone. The words I’d like to use to describe the place, staff and food would not be allowed to be published. A waste of time, money and a poor reflection on the city.

Posto favoloso, si mangia benissimo, cibo di ottima qualità, anche il servizio è ottimo!

Ottimi spaghetti alle vongole. Personale gentile. Posto molto frequentato. Prezzi giusti.

Es ist ein stilvolles und zugleich schlichtes Restaurant, das Wert auf Qualität legt, insbesondere die Artischocken- und Fischsuppe sowie die Desserts sind köstlich.

The seafood is fresh! You could find better main dish elsewhere though.

Yemekler lezzetli değildi. Garsonlar çok aceleci ve misafir odaklı değil. İtalya da yediğim en lezzetsiz yemekti ve en kötü servisti. Servis yapan garsonlar siparişteki sorularımıza yardımcı olmaktan ziyade biran evvel bizlerden siparişi alıp ordan gönderme telaşında gibiydiler. Referans üzerine geldim ama hayalkırıklığı oldu. Monkfish çok lezzetsizdi. Rosated chichen yavan ve lezzetsizdi. Ravioli de İtalya’da yediklerime göre çok başarısızdı. Hayalkırıklığı….

Very good food,I highly reccomend it. Waiter told us tip ( service) was not included so we gave extra, but it was included in a high percentage, we understood later.We do not regret giving lot more, just honesty is important as we wish to come back but smarter.

Fine. That's how I would review it all. The staff cared more for certain customers or when it quietened down and could start having a few drinks. The antipasti was decent, Parma Ham and Crab. Wine, pretty good. Ravioli, lukewarm and hardly any meat over the top, risotto was fine as well. Tiramisu to end and no coffee to be seen, not a bean. Went to pay and "all about the service", "not included", "hope we enjoyed". He hadn't even served us and spent the entire evening speaking to a table of two.

Una serata surreale. Il menù non c'è. O non ci viene dato. Non so. Scegliamo un vino bianco. Arriva una bottiglia che non è l'etichetta che abbiamo chiesto. Alla vista è un rosé. "E' un bianco fatto così." Lo rimandiamo indietro. Ci portano tre bottiglie di bianco. "Potete scegliere tra queste." "Ok. Vorremmo la granceola." "Non c'è." "Entrando ne abbiamo viste lì almeno venti." "Sono prenotate." "Ah, si possono prenotare?" "No. Volete il risotto?" "Sì. Ma prima gli antipasti..." "No. Il risotto è pronto adesso. Se lo volete. Gli antipasti dopo." "Ah. Va bene." Arrivano quattro mezze porzioni di risotto. A seguire, come antipasti prendiamo quello che c'è. Arriva a sorpresa anche della granceola. Non è nel guscio, come agli altri tavoli, ma su due piattini. Forse è una divisa in due. Ringraziamo di cuore. "E prenderemmo anche i carciofi." "Finti. Volete il fritto misto?" "Sì." "Non c'è. Dolce?" "A posto così, grazie." Non ho visto il conto, ero ospite. E poi dicono dei liguri.

One of my best experiences in Italy, thanks to Lucio he is so warm and kind, all the personal is kind, attentive, the food is fresh and excepcional, we repeat the next day. We spent four days un Venice and we had dinner two nights in this magnificent Trattoria, thank you, we will be back.

We had a great time at Trattoria Alla Madonna! The staff was excellent, particularly with the young kids in our group. The food was wonderful and the prices very reasonable.

Very sad experience. The food was bland, extremely overpriced, atmosphere horrible, rip off. Please avoid this location. It’s a tourist trap.

I asked for a sole I received two little when there were still beautiful soles exposed in the show case fridge. On side was cooked with the peal which is not proper for cooking a sole dice we don t eat it. We were in the most remote room with a large family group who was very noisy. We could not here each other speaking
