Amazing food, warm service, pleasant atmosphere. One of the best in Florence, maybe even in all of Italy.

Nous sommes allé à ce restaurant 2 fois lors d’un voyage à Florence il y a 9 ans et c’était fantastique, on le conseillait à tous ceux qui nous demandait des références.. Cette fois, ce fût terrible. Les serveurs très antipathiques, expéditifs, nullement à l’écoute des clients. La cuisson de la viande n’était pas celle demandée (et même précisée clairement), et ça n’a pas plus à notre serveur. Mais il était déjà bête à notre arrivée alors ça n’a pas changé grand chose. Il est clair que nous allons vivement déconseiller ce resto à l’avenir et que nous n’y retournerons pas non plus! La nourriture était toutefois très bonne mais gâchée par l’expérience vécue avec le service (c’est un resto assez dispendieux, on s’attendrait à une expérience de première classe).

We just wanted a light bite for lunch so had the prosciutto with burrata, which came with greens, tomatoes and fresh bread. Excellent and reasonably priced.

The service is terrible and food is only average. The waiter asked us pay by cash but other local people can pay by credit card. It’s not right as we saw VISA sign in front of cashier. We had a really unpleasant experience in this restaurant. No recommend as there are so many good quality of food and service restaurants in the beautiful city Florence.

Very nice meat which is perfectly preparated. We had a course for 35€ which includes a starter and the amazing T-bone steak, dessert and a bottle of water. We had 2 different Grappa instead of dessert because we were so full. Also, the delightful waiter recommended us a nice bottle of wine from Toscany which was about 24€ for a bottle. Perfect night, Thank you!

Locale carino e accogliente a pochi passi dal Centro di Firenze; servizio semplice e curato, noi abbiamo mangiato il menù toscano a 30 Euro assolutamente giusti e ben spesi; buona e curata la carta dei vini con alcune eccellenze e un'ottima scelta di vini locali un po' per tutte le tasche. Assolutamente consigliabilissimo spero di poterci tornare presto

We made reservations online 30 min before arriving and we were greeted at the door by our friendly waiter. The appetizer with prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes was delicious! Also the caprese salad was nice. I didn’t love the balsamic vinegar they served on the side. We were supposed to have a filet of beef with balsamic and Parmesan cheese to split, but our waiter brought two instead. We thought about complaining, but realized we were hungry enough and devoured them both. The steaks were delicious, although less sauce would’ve been better instead of the steak resting in a plate full of balsamic reduction sauce, but the sauce was delicious!!! We also ordered roasted potatoes and they were perfection. We ordered two glasses of house red but I didn’t care for what we were served. But, I could’ve been more selective instead of leaving it to someone else. All in all, we enjoyed our meal and would come back being a bit more particular in how we order. We recommend coming here.

Dall'accoglienza al dolce tutto ok. Ottima la Fiorentina per cottura e qualità della carne. Ci siamo concessi anche un antipasto a base di crostini tipici e prosciutto toscano, molto buoni. Il dolce la classica cigliegina sulla torta.

Locale carino, buon servizio. Ottimi la ribollita e i pici. Fiorentina buona, servita già porzionata nei piatti, peccato che diventi fredda velocemente. Dolci non eccezionali. Conto finale molto più basso di quanto mi sarei aspettata, fantastico rapporto qualità prezzo!

La mia è solo una conferma delle ottime recensioni lette da precedenti avventori. Ottime le zuppe, i primi, la fiorentina ed i dolci rigorosamente fatti in casa. Per concludere cantuccini e vin santo. Prezzo onesto per la qualità del cibo. Consigliatissimo.
