Honestly the best meal we've had in 3 weeks in Europe, able to cater for my wife's vegan and gluten free dietary requirements and all the food was delicious!

Great service despite it being a very busy night. All staff was friendly, knowledgeable of food allergies. Lattosio free pizza was so good my husband thought it was his regular pizza!

I was so happy happy to find a restaurant that was able to provide a variety of lactose free and gluten food as this can be really difficult to find. The food was amazing and I even got to try a long awaited cheesecake. The service was amazing and all staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Waiter didn’t complete our order correctly. One meal arrived & other person had to wait for their meal for about 10 minutes. We chose to dine early (6:15) as when we previously dined here we found it very noisy at around 7:45. Tonight noise level went up around 7. Seating very tight so gets noisy. Very busy spot, food OK but we will not be back.

Posto caratteristico. Attenzione al cliente meravigliosa. Velocità nel servizio fantastica. Rapporto “qualità/prezzo” buono. Pizza buonissima. Attenzione al “Senza Glutine” difficile da trovare in qualsiasi altro posto. Sei in centro a Firenze…..cosa vuoi di più? Consigliatissimo a tutti e GRAZIE!!!

We had a wonderful evening. My wife is Gluten-free and they can make every item on their menu Gluten-free. It was such a blessing for her. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was beautiful. All in all, a wonderful experience.

A great option for those who would like to eat gluten-free foods, but still eat pizzas and pasta. They even offer gluten-free beer and deserts :) We were amazed and very satisfied with this well-known restaurant. Thanks!

While the owner was delightful and after reading the history of the hotel I expected a more family atmosphere. The staff was not welcoming and seemed rushed, almost annoyed. We interacted with 5 different members of the staff. The restaurant atmosphere was elegant and beautiful, the food was some of the best we had in 2 weeks in Italy. I hope that this review reaches the owners to improve. I would recommend and hope we came on an off day.

Delicious food, friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere, our favorite restaurant in Florence. The first evening we walked in and were seated after a short wait. It was so good that we went back the next night with a reservation. As busy as they were, the service and food was still excellent!

We had a very rude server who chastised us when we were orderinf, wasn’t friendly and when my husband sent back cold food he embarrassed him with rude remarks. The food was average at best. If you go ask to be seated in the lower dining area it is beautiful. We were out

Personal war freundlich. Essen war in Ordnung, haben aber vor allem schonmal bessere Gnocchi gegessen. Location dafür sehr ästhetisch.

Food was mediocre and server was extremely rude. Not the norm here.

A mixed bag as the service and atmosphere were great and some of the food was lovely. However, we had one steak that was over salted with massive chunks of rock salt and some inedible gluten free bread as well as an overdone salmon fillet. The pizzas were excellent, a special note for the quality of gluten free crust.

Absolutely delicious! We had the artichoke pie, the eggplant Parmesan and the street food appetizer. All were stellar! Our main courses were wonderful as well. Plenty of vegetarian options. A highlight of my dining experiences in Florence!

Authentic pizza but gluten free - you won’t know the difference! All the waiting staff were outstanding. The house wine was delicious & the food was sublime. Run, don’t walk to here!

We had a great time and the recommendation for the hotel from Google really paid off! The availability and service was good. The food was exceptional. The noise was a bit high and there were quite a few kids but it was "early" for Italy and the holiday weekend so we understand.
