la pasta al tartufo è stata la pasta peggiore che ho mangiato in Italia. Voglio dire, non avevano affatto il sapore del tartufo e la salsa al parmigiano era solo una panna comprata al supermercato, senza alcun sapore di parmigiano!! La pizza Portofino era molto buona!

We love Ciro and Sons. On our last two visits, we have eaten there twice each stay (for lunch and dinner). They have a separate gluten-free kitchen which is a Celiac's dream come true. The food has always been incredible as is the staff and owners. When we visited for the first time in 2023 our server, Alex was amazing - provided us with great recommendations. The customer service here is top notch. On our first visit Alex also recommended a specific wine to enjoy with our entree and it was so good, I ordered a case of it before we were even out the door. We had Alex as our server again on this trip and his customer services and the dishes makes you want to come back over and over again.

Atmosphere and service as always excellent! Our pasta had some trouble…it arrived cold but we mentioned it and they brought us another warmer dish. My lasagna was excellent! The appetizer was not our favorite and seemed from the freezer…sorry. We love you, live local but maybe next time we need to choose Pizza or the bistecca. We saw a neighboring table get that and it looked amazing.

Everything was very good! excellent pizza and wine list a lttle bit expensive, but is like mostly places of Firenze, compared to Rome for example.

This was one of our favorite gluten free places in Florence! We ate there two times, on the way in and out of town. The carbonara and ravioli are both great, as is the lasagna. The inside is lovely and the service was top notch. Oh yeah, save room for dessert!

I’ve been coming here for decades - dining with this family of 4 brothers. Excellent pizza baked to perfection. A mix of locals and tourists. The bred is good & wine selections. Spaghetti con vongole is my go to dish! We will be back! Grazie a tutti a Ciro e sons!

One of our most favorite restaurants to visit when we are in Florence. By far the best pizza on the planet. My husband has a gluten and dairy allergy and their gluten free pizza with dairy free cheese is beyond anything you could ever imagine, it is worth the trip just for the meal. We love the staff and the atmosphere. Truly an all-around amazing dining experience.

Das Essen war gut. Der Service weniger es war alles gestresst man gatte kaum fertig gegessen und schon kam die Rechnung nur weil nachher ein anderer Service war. Wir wurden diesbezüglich nicht informiert nach 2h mussten wir gehen. Preis & Leistung stimmte nicht zu teuer.

Las pizzas sin gluten bueniiisimas,el tiramisú no tengo palabras para describir lo bueno y logrado que estaba.Los camareros muy muy simpáticos y serviciales en especial Alex y una señora de República Dominicana. Volveré sin duda.

Fun, delicious and safe for diners with celiac and/or lactose intolerant, this was one of our best dinners in Italy. Our celiac diners said the pizza wins first prize. Bravo!!

If you come to Italy from the US and miss Olive Garden, this is the restaurant for you. Big portions (including cocktail sizes), consistent flavors, crowded with kids/families, and not the most authentic or exciting flavors. Not my taste, but I see the appeal for some tourists. They take reservations, the location is primo, and there is the option to sit outdoors. If we sat outside, we might have avoided the sounds of multiple parties with loud children surrounding us. Regardless, as a person with celiac disease, a restaurant that can make the ENTIRE menu gluten free is a wonderful treat. It’s great to order with no restrictions. Grazie!
