The server acted like we were inconveniencing him. He was rude and told me to “wait” when I was in the middle of speaking to him. He forgot my order and my husband had to go tell him that I was missing my main entree. The food was good but the server was terrible. The place was empty and he could not be bothered to check on us to see if we needed anything even after my dinner finally arrived late.

I was intrigued as the chef seems to offer interesting dishes of Jap-Romanesque fusion cuisine on Instagram. Instead, it has been a very disappointing experience. First of all, the value/money ratio is poor, and the fusion experiment hasn’t succeeded at all. Each course ordered by all of us was presented with little care, the portions -even those of the main courses- were just few bites and poorly balanced in flavour. The white wine was served at room temperature, and despite these asked for an ice cooler, it did not reach the right temperature throughout dinner. The service was inefficient and, above all, the stuff was impolite...it is the first time I have ever seen a manager who rebuts badly to a customer who just politely asks if it’s possible to lower the wine temperature. This place probably survives thanks to Instagram and the curiosity it generates among potential customers. This is the case in which the virtual experience is better than the real one.

Piatti innovativi e inconsueti anche di tradizione romana rivisitati con tradizione giapponese. Location molto gradevole. Cantina interessante ma da perfezionare. Vivamente consigliato.
