Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, personale molto gentile e sempre con buoni consigli culinari, io ed il mio ragazzo ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Noi abbiamo preso un antipasto misto di affettati, una carbonara con il tartufo e la tagliata, tutto eccezionale!

We were very disappointed with our Capodanno dinner at Osteria del Tegolaio, after reading many positive reviews. We were initially disappointed when arriving at the restaurant which was mostly empty at the time, we were seated in a small table next to the front entry desk, which was busy and subjected us to the outside air and cigarette smoke whenever the door was opened. Many nicer tables were available. Our first server was very nice, but later she disappeared and our service was not so friendly. Our first and second courses were good but our third course was very disappointing, the seafood menu salt-baked prawns with citrus fruits was entirely too salty to eat even after removing the shell and was decorated with only a single slice of orange, while the land menu steak was not flavorful or tender. The dessert of pandoro was also not anything special. The house red wine was good. Perhaps our expectations were too high as the menu was inexpensive for Capodanno but this was still very disappointing.

Very nice restaurant with Asian-Tuscan fusion. Great staff and good beer selection. A bit different compared to other restaurants which is nice.
