Great experience. The lasagna was the best ever and the staff did a great job fitting in our large group to a single table, even though we had 2 separate reservations.

Very plain, generic experience, very corporate. Food wasn’t good, felt VERY commercial and cliche. They served dessert off a cart, aka pre made. Ignore the Michelin star stickers because there are TONS of other restaurants in the city that are better than this.

un cliente deve essere veramente rispetatto ossia, ho chiesto la carne al punto e é venuta cruda... poi ho chiesto il cameriere che ha detto che la carne é servita cosí, non poteva portare piú cotta...ossia, la carne é mia, sto pagando e sono io a mangiarla.... come mai non posso chiedere piú cotta???????????

Loud, hot, full of tourists, no personal service, too many tables for one waiter. Probably best not to seat people at 935 take an order at 950 and then say the kitchen will close in 10 minutes if you want any other food. Really disappointing and unfortunately didn’t live up to the hype! Food was ok, but had better at Mariones for lunch both today and yesterday!

We feel so fortunate to have experienced an evening at this restaurant! The dinner was outstanding (which included Florentine steak), and the service was excellent. They were ready for us perfectly on time with our reservation which is impressive considering how busy they are at all times. Buca Mario came highly recommended to us, and just as we were told, it did not disappoint. It was a highlight to our visit to Florence!
