Superb food in a great location with helpful, friendly staff.

Excellent bistro food. Wines were exceptional. Service was absolutely perfect; our waiter could not have been nicer.

Excellent! I invited two friends to join me for a meal. It was their first (and my fifth) visit to the Trattoria Al Gran Sasso and we all enjoyed our meal. My friends inform me that they have already recommended the restaurant to their friends.

Locale piccolo,. piatti di buon sapore, camerieri e conto dignitosi. Insomma una buona esperienza senza vette strepitose. Comunque un'alternativa valida in centro a Roma . Saluti.

Trattoria semplice vicino a Piazza del Popolo e non lontana da Piazza di Spagna ho mangiato spaghetti alla carbonara e straccetti di carne con pomodorini e contorno patatine fritte della casa acqua vino e caffè 33 euro Buon servizio un voto direi 8 lo consiglio

Mi era piaciuto il menù di Pasquetta affisso fuori. Peccato che due dei piatti che ho scelto non erano disponibili. Ho finito per prendere delle fettuccine con i funghi - piuttosto mediocri. Poco condite e pertanto abbastanza insipide. Servizio molto lento.

It was exactly as our guidebook described: good food, good wine, small, cosy, authentic. Our waiter spoke excellent English and he helped us understand the Specials board which had a fantastic choice.

E' la terza volta che vengo in questo locale e l'esperienza e' stata anche in questa occasione molto buona, la tartare d tonno e salmone tra le migliori in assoluto mai assaggiate, ottimo il piatto di spaghetti alle vongole cosi' come gli altri piatti tipici romaneschi assaggiati; completa l'offerta una buona scelta di vini di buon livello, il tutto con un adeguato rapporto qualità' prezzo, considerando che il ristorante e 'in pieno centro di Roma, a due passi da piazza del Popolo

Perfect food, friendly staff, great wine. I came back here after 3 years and it was totally worth it. If possible, try to get a table at the basement. I think it´s more cosy.

Delicious food and charming waiter. The restaurant is very small, so we were seated downstairs. It's a nice space but, in retrospect, I wish we had been upstairs. In any event, we would go back because the food was delicious- we would simply request to be seated upstairs.

Près de la place du peuple, petit retaurant. Très belles assiettes, plats traditionnels, excellents produits, patron très sympathique... je reviendrai certainement et je le recommande sans hésiter!
