The theatre of dining is to be best experienced at Do Forno where the staff is a whirl of professional attentiveness and pleasantry. The preparations, are equal to the staff, starting with theDoge's hor d'ouevres of sweet raw spider crab, scampi and shrimp, followed by spaghetti with clams and zucchini, lightly fried giant shrimp and baby squid, giant grilled scampi so brilliantly cooked they pretty much have ruined eating in America for the foreseeable future.
One of the best eggplant parmigiana's I have ever had (and I've had many!). Stunning decor and fun experience getting into the restaurant. Bellini on arrival was stand out and the staff were very friendly. I cannot wait to return!
We had a terrific meal and the staff was very responsive even though the restaurant was crowded that nite. It was clean and people were friendly.
