Wonderful dinner! All the dishes were prepared perfectly. I very much enjoyed the quattro formaggi gnocchi. Perfect for a cold winter day. Exceptional service by our waiter Sam. The tiramisu was the best we’ve had on our trip so far. The restaurant is comfortable and I would definitely return.

The food was excellent. Good sized portions. We had the bruschetta appetizer which was the best I've ever had. The waiters were courteous and accommodating and made great recommendations for wine and food (I speak absolutely no Italian). It made our Valentine's Day dinner amazing.

Beautiful restaurant, beautiful food, beautiful service. It was a 15 min walk from the Rialto Bridge and it was a lovely stroll. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. We had the burrata and Tomato Salad and the mussels and clams to start and then shared the Turbot and a steak. For dessert tiramisu and chocolate soufflé . Everything was delicious.

Previous reviews were so enthusiastic that we expected much more. We found nothing special about the food nor the service.

Shared a few bottles of wine with my family for the first time ever here! Had a blast. I don’t think we even looked at our phones. Just laughed about our lives while enjoying one of the best family meals we ever had. Fantastic.

Trattoria Onesta is a pleasant place to dine. Very good service, warm ambience and solid, if not remarkable food. Could become excellent if they placed a creative chef in the kitchen to elevate the food offerings.

It was wonderful. The service was funny and friendly, and quick, the cocktails were perfect and the pasta delicious. Book though - we did - but there was a BIG queue of people waiting for a table! x

We had to wait 10-15 minutes for our table to be ready, which is fine, but then to be told we still had to get off at 9 made it all feel very rushed. There was no prawn in the prawn dish, although it was very tasty. I felt you were paying more for the setting than anything else

Amazing dinner! We were in Venice for one night and made a reservation for this restaurant based on reviews we’ve read. I had gnocchi and my husband had the bolognese, both were excellent! We had some starters we also enjoyed and the waiter paired our wine nicely with our meal. The entire experience was really nice! Great location, great staff! Highly recommend!

Lovely staff , pasta portions were large so maybe consider this when ordering , the baked Sea Bream was yummy

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was lively. Service was also very good. Unfortunately they were out of many types of wines and there were limited selection of bottles. Who would think you could run out of wine in Italy! A testament to how popular this place was compared to other 1/2 empty places nearby. Still the food and value was worth the journey.
