Best food in Florence-great atmosphere. I wound highly recommend it.

We were disappointed with our visit. The have gluten free options are prepared in a separate kitchen, however, we found the GF eggplant parmesan and the GF lasagna to be tasteless. The steak and potatoes, however, were excellent, although it was an extremely large portion for two. The waiter was not attentive. We asked for 3 courses to be severed one after the other and he brought the lasagna and the steak and potatoes together. We sat outside and it was unpleasant. There was a large noisy line of people in back of the outside seating area. For a more pleasant GF meal, I would recommend sitting in side and only ordering the steak and potatoes.

The food was amazing and the staff was excellent. There was a power outage and the staff was calm and got it back up and running like it was normal.

Outstanding experience. Staff greeted me when I was walking in and seated me immediately. I was offered a choice of beverage or ordering food. I ordered a beer and asked for the waiter to give me 10 minutes to relax. In the meanl time the other staff provided me with water/and french bread (fresh) in 10 minutes my waiter returned to take my order. Food was excellent. I ordered the Minestroni and it was served in a few minutes. I ordered a main course of Lasagna which was delivered within 10 minutes of the starter. Food was very good and fresh. I had dessert of Tiramisu which was very good. I have a reservation tomorrow for dinner I want to try out the Steak. Definitely worth the money and staff is; A+.

Took a very long time for server to acknowledge our table. Side dish finally came out after meal was done. Brought wine list but never came back for the order. Overall not great.

Mussels as an appetizer were ok, not the best but a 5/10. The lobster with spaghetti was a bit bland. Half of a very small tail and claw, maybe 5 bites. The pasta to most Italians was probably very good. I prefer my pasta 1 minute past al dente. Frankly I get a better meal in California for less money. This restaurant is just a copy of hundreds of others in Florence. The same unimaginative food.

cadre sympa même si un peu bruyant avec proximité taxis qui passent sans arrêt. pour le reste, que du bonheur ! pâtes pizza, viande délicieuse (on y est retourné le lendemain midi manger une pâte...) personnel souriant, excellent rapport qualité/prix . Laissez-vous tenter par ce petit resto si vous voulez goûter les spécialités locales/italiennes !

The absolute best gluten free pizza I ever had! The crust is wonderful, so tasty with the perfect texture. My husband had the regular home made pasta with mussels and loved it also. Highly recommend!

We had a reservation but got there a little early. We got seated right away. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. My husband ordered the filet and I ordered the shrimp risotto. Both meals were incredible!

We had reservations at 6pm, were sat outside & then moved inside. It was almost uncomfortably warm, even though the sign outside said “air conditioned.” The food was good, served promptly, service was very good as were the prices. This place filled up quickly. Staff seemed to be having a good time even though they were working hard. We went because of Instagram reels we had seen. The owner was present and very nice. Worth going to when in Florence.

Wow, wow, wow! From the ambiance (cool vibe), impeccable service and incredible food, Viro and Sons is a 10 out of 10! The pizzas are out of this world. There is a real brick oven that makes the most delightful crust and the sauce has a hint of spice and flavor for days! We also had spaghetti ala Carbonarra which was delicate and flavorful with homemade pasta cooked to perfection! The meal started with a soft and crusty bread that was delicious! I can’t say enough about the experience! Amazing!
