Essen war gut, wird aber überbewertet. Die Damen im Service taugen wirklich nichts. Selten so schlecht und unaufmerksam bedient worden. Schade, denke der Zenit ist überschritten, wenn ich das mit dem Grappolo d‘ Oro vergleiche. Dort war alles herausragend, vor allen aber die Aufmerksamkeit des Service.

Food : good (not great) Wine : very good. Ambiance: very good Service: ok, not very caring and somewhat rushed. Taking plates too soon. Had to ask about new glasses for red wine. Didn’t pour wine for all guests. Didn’t even pour sample of red wine

So I know some travelers have complained about service. I feel like those who have complained are just habitual complainers. Food was amazing. Our waitress bought us a pasta because she said it’s her favourite. That’s service. Great night

I booked from Australia for my birthday in Rome and everything worked out very well. We had a good table in the main floor of the restaurant. As the evening went on every table was booked and people waited patiently fir a table outside. I would say about 20 people lined patiently at about 10pm. The food is traditional and delicious! We ordered caponata and mussels to start and they were delicious as was the bread.next we shared the ricotta ravioli, meatballs, chicken with sweet peppers salad and another green pepper. All were excellent and enough for 3 people. The service was very attentive and professional but friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to any visitor to Rome. The prices are reasonable too.

Huge restaurant. Multiple loud bachelor parties going on simultaneously. The menu says "non abbiamo fretta"....and that sums it up....slow service....food took forever to come out. When it did arrive it was nothing special.

Overall, a great restaurant! The food that we ordered (smoked grilled cheese, cacio e pepe, carbonara) was delicious and well-cooked. The wine that we initially ordered was out of stock, so the waiter recommended one that he liked more and was also less expensive. We arrived early, at 19:45, and the restaurant was still relatively empty. The atmosphere could have been improved by some background music. It was a bit awkward because we were seated next to the only other couple in that room and mainly whispered because it was so quiet elsewhere.
