Good food overall. Service poor. Value for money is average.

Ottima cena: pappa al pomodoro su burrata, bombe di baccalà e semifreddo al pistacchio. Vino morellino di scanzano. Tutto eccellente. Ambiente semplice e volutamente essenziale.

Travelled across Rome and arrived to find restaurant shut!! Not happpy especially as it was my husbands birthday and had planned well in advance. Seen as hey had contact details Shane they didn’t let me know!

Great Roman Food and excellent service. Very close to other places if you want to follow up with some drinks. Try the Matriciana, among the best in town.

Wonderful food. Excellent service and a warm, friendly atmosphere. It wad a perfect place for Christmas lunch. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

Very good meals and excellent service! We enjoyed our dinner: First course was fried Zucchini blossoms - great! Than we had pizza, pasta and finally tiramisu. We can really recommend "il fico".

This restaurant is tucked away in the back streets of Rome. However, It is well worth a visit, as the food is good and so is the House Wine. If my wife and I were to visit Rome again we would definitely eat here again.

Table was ready at the expected time. Cramped tables. Large party of school children behind us took all the attention of the waiters. Long gaps between service. Pasta was cold, supposed to be warm. Parents pasta was warm to hot. Timing was way off. Grilled lamb was a mess. Some parts cooked perfectly, other ribs were over cooked. Plus, "service not included" not posted anywhere on menu or entrance, so they are just scamming you when they say that. Would not eat here again. Meal at Saltimbocca around the corner was several levels better for same price.
