Très bonne pizzas surtout les toscanes Service un peu lent mais sympathique

We have visited la Bussila in the past for lunch and the food was wonderful - great pasta and a good selection of appetizers and entrees. Post Covid it appears that not only has the menu changed (and they no longer are open for lunch), but the food quality was sub par. My partners lobster pasta, the lobster was overcooked and dried out and my gnocchi was mushy and generally flavorless. The highlight was the wine. Will not be returning sadly.

Heard of this place from some travelers while staying in Norcia. Decided to make a reservation for our first night. The food was great! The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I really love how the menu is divided between traditional Italian antipasti, primi, and secondi... dishes with the traditional Tuscan counterparts. The pastas were great! Will try their pizza the next time we visit Florence.

Tout était très bon sauf le dessert Tiramisu très moyen

Die Pizzas waren die besten, die wir je in Italien assen . Ich bestellte eine Toscana 1, mit Schafskäse und Wildschweinwurst und Tomaten-sie konnte nicht besser sein.

A busy restaurant but the service is prompt and efficient We shared a Caprese ( which enough for two persons ) a Lobster Pasta and Spagetti Carbonara followed by the 4 plates of tirimisu Quality and preparation were fine without being outstanding

Menù ampio, personalmente ho optato per la pizza "la bussola", molto buona e l'impasto ben digeribile. Tornerò ad approfondire con più calma. Personale molto cortese.

Personale disponibilissimo, con ogni tavolo sotto controllo, gentilissimo. Le pizze ordinate decisamente buone, cotte al punto giusto, stesso discorso vale per le patate fritte. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Il servizio e' rapido ed impeccabile. Il locale grazioso ed accogliente. La pizza che ho gustato perfetta per i miei gusti. Esprimo di conseguenza la mia piena soddisfazione.

Fabulous food, fabulous atmosphere and a lovely waiter called Ilya. We were a group of four ladies and we were entertained all evening. Mille Grazie La Bussola! We will be back!

We had melanzane, lobster linguini and pizza with porcini mushroom and buffalo mozzarella. Melanzane was average, we had better before. Lobster linguini was awesome, the pasta was al dante which was superb. Pizza dough was not very thin but the ingredients were perfect. We had a bottle of chianti wine which was 40 euro, maybe a little expensive but delicious. Would visit again for the lobster linguini.
